What is your weakness?

My weakness is salty foods. I know I need to stay away from them, but i am curious when everyone started their diets, what was the most impossible to stay away from and how did you control it?

Ice Cream. With summer quickly approaching, I hope I have the willpower to resist the trips to Dairy Queen!

Candy bars! I work 60 hours a week and then go to grad school at night. I'm always running around and those vending machine treats look sooooo good and quick when I'm hungry.

Kettle Chips, Cheez Its, vanilla waffers, kit kats.

I don't keep any of these in my house. If I want them I have to buy an individual package.

Homemade mac and cheese, Reeses cups, Cool Ranch Doritos, Jelly beans.

I replaced my unhealthy snacks for healthy ones (peanuts, almonds, string cheese) and I stopped buying them. As for the mac and cheese, I haven't yet conquered that one. I still like to make a gooey, delicious mac and cheese from time to time. I just try to control my portion.

Bread. And cheese. Most other things I end up forgetting about eventually.

Sweets. Ugh. I have so much left over candy at my house and I cant stop grabbing a couple starburst jelly beans here and there. Oh, and Reese Cup eggs... omg so good. But I stay away from them. 170 cals I'd rather eat at dinner!

Not sure if these are straight from hell or a gift from heaven. I could make myself sick on them.

Potstickers. And pizza. I build in whole wheat pizza from time to time, and eat potstickers about once a month.

Over the weekend I was indulging a bit and got a big spoon full of peanut butter and used that to scoop out jello sugar free chocolate pudding. Oh my.
