Sweets! It doesnt even matter what kind of sweet if it has sugar and butter/fat I love it! Currently we have leftover easter candy in the house and I have only eaten 2 jelly beans so thats a big accomplishment for me! Id rather eat those calories at dinner!0

Chicken nachos, pizza, tamales. I indulge occasionally in these old favorites, but I feel their hold slipping and I crave them less often.0

I have a lot of weaknesses! I just try to deal with them and "cheat" every now and then so I don't feel deprived.. I'd say my weaknesses are: fast food, homemade sweets, and certain alcoholic beverages.0

pizza and beer is mine. I just try not over due it when i have it (pizza). beer is another story0

Roast pork with crackling, gravy, roast veg, the works
Cake, especially homemade
Chocolate fudge
White bread and butter, especially fresh from bakery0 -
Dorito's triscuits with Cheese, Beer, and probably a couple of other things but those are my big 3 right now.0

Beer, alcohol in general. Anything salty-crunchy. Peanut M&Ms. Small pastries at Starbucks...0

Salty foods, chocolate, & wine. I do pretty good on the salty food & chocolate, but the wine... I can easily put down a bottle without thinking twice.0

Not having motivation for the gym and burgers and fries0

Definitely goldfish crackers. I am obsessed with them but they're not too high in calories.

Generally speaking, I'm really good about staying away from sweets and junk food until someone offers it to me. Otherwise i won't go out of my way for it... until that time of the month hits... then I'm like the freaking cookie moster >.<
My way of controlling it is just checking the cals and asking myself, is it worth the X minutes of working out I'll have to do to fit this into my plan? If the answer is yes, I eat it If it's no, I walk away...very very quickly0 -
My weakness is all things sweet. I'm a sugar addict. I've loved sweets for as longs as I can remember and couldn't imagine not having them! It's my kryptonite, but I find creative ways of earning a treat here and there. Otherwise, I'd go insane!0
