What is your weakness?

About a year ago, I would say pasta, pizza, or anything Italian! I would have gone for an extra slice any day!! Now, after loosing weight and exercising regularly - my weekness has changed to SWEETS and any kind of them. Im not sure why the change took place, but I get intense cravings for sweets!0

Chocolate and anything sweet. I'm thankful that we don't have much of it in the house. I don't have the means to just drive to the store and get some on the spur of the moment either, so that helps.
Also, I spend a lot of time on the computer. I own two community based websites where people are depending on me to work on it, answer support questions, and continue the development. So too often I choose to work on the site instead of working out. Both are a priority but I need to fit them both in. Not one or the other.
I only have a small window of opportunity where my kids are napping during the day to get anything done. This includes housework, exercise, or computer time. So, I end up choosing one thing over the other. Ideally, I'd like to get one down first thing in the morning so I'd only have the other two in the afternoon. That would make it easier fitting them both in.
Chocolate, sweets....and um...talking too much. :-)0 -
Anything chocolate speaks to me..especially BROWNIES w/ a scoop of ice cream...yummy0

Gin & Tonic
Sashimi...mainly sea urchin, mackerel, salmon and eel. I can eat several complete plates of it and not think twice twice.0 -
cookies and ice cream...so glad I learned moderation so I never deny myself these treats.0

Mine is salty!! I am usually ok with chocolates but it is salty and savoury that get me!0

I love a cheeseburger! When I go out to eat I just can't help myself. It doesn't matter where I go I seem to always get a burger just because I NEVER have them anymore unless I go out. But damn, they taste good after not having them for weeks.0

I have no weaknesses. I am the master of myself and what I put into my body. Every now and then I make special allowances for certain things I find particularly desirable. I also have a particular soft spot for red hair, freckles, tattoos and pony tails.0

ice cream and sun chips. i now have frozen yogurt occasionally and i prepackage my sun chips to one serving size.0

I am so glad there are no Dairy Queen's in Oklahoma. We a couple but really far away.... I would have never lost a pound if I had access to a Dairy Queen.....0

SUGAR!! It's EVIL (I read that on here somewhere) lol....I have cut most of it out except in my coffee but it is in EVERYTHING that I eat....UGH!!0

Cheeseburgers. I still eat them but without the bun and loaded with veggies. Anything chocolate, so I only have dark chocolate. It's healthier and it only takes a little to get rid of the craving.0

anything chocolate and peanut butter is my kryptonite as well as ice cream... pb2 has helped with my love of peanut butter and frozen bananas blended up for the ice cream!0

Chocolate, nutella, cheesecake, gelato, peanut butter, cookies, brownies, Tapatio flavored Doritos, bagels with cream cheese, cereal, salt and vinegar chips, cinnamon sugar butter, pizza, noodles....I could keep going.

Anything sweet, I constantly crave something sweet after a meal. I try not to give in and usually succeed, however, my roommate is pregnant so she indulges daily, which makes me cave in more often than not if she is around.0

Chick-Fil-A and Fuji Japanese Steakhouse! I am wanting them soooooooo bad, which I still get chick fil a, I just watch my calories and eat grilled chicken instead of fried, even the the fried is AMAZING!!!!!!! I miss it!!! LOL and pasta, bread, etc....anything with carbs! I just try to substitute whole wheat now instead of white, think color!0

i do great at work it's when I get home and the husband and teenager are eating whatever they want. It makes it hard! My biggest weakness it cheese and carbs. Panera mac and cheese will be the death of me.0

Sweet and salty, together and separate!
Specifically, I love cheeseburgers, ice cream, chips, and juice (which the sugar really adds up!!!). And if I don't have some fried chicken and mashed potatoes soon....0 -

Same here- I'm a sucker for potato chips. But so far I have only caved a couple times and only had a serving- 15 chips- not the bag!0
