    I survived day 1 of 30DS! :)

    I just survived day 5! it DOES get better, I promise! Today I only had to stop once, that was during push ups cause DAMN I'm outta shape. You can do it!

    after a few weeks of just not being "into it", i'm back! back on tracking my food and today - back to the gym. and i'm still shocked that i actually realized i had missed going to the gym! Who knew?!

    Survived doing "high legs" with the trainer tonight. Honestly didn't think I'd make it but I did. Can't wait to see how sore I'll be tomorrow and Thursday. Really enjoying the pain!

    worked out for 30minutes with the trainer, then chased the trainers dog around for 25 mins, then after texting a friend we walked for 45minutes.. it was a big workout day.. i am pooped :)
