Anyone out there order Shaun T's Insanity? Mine should be here on the 16th and thought maybe some peeps want to get a group going ???

    well you should youtube it because it is not like Hip Hop Abs at all. It is crazy body weight only exercises not dance. I had hip hop abs and I returned it because I don't really like dance videos.

    I just watched the video on it, looks really good! Good luck, keep us posted... I was thinking about ordering another beach body series and this one does look good because you don't need equipment.

    I just finished P90X and am considering my options. P90X+, Insanity or another round of P90X.

    I guess I'm doubting being able to do insanity. I am guessing it's like doing Plyometrics everyday but am not sure.

    I am seriously doubting myself doing this too BUT they are short workouts so I am going to give it my all! I have heard plyo is easy compared but when I first did plyo I about died and now it is not that hard at all so these might be hard at first but will get easier as my cardio improves. Hey it will be work but I am READY :)

    I think you should go for it! You are supposed to burn more than 1000 calories in these workouts which are 20 minutes shorter than plyo :noway: You can be my buddy :bigsmile:

    I have to comment on your picture, ripley36. I was doing a workout on the floor one night, and my pug also decided to lay on my chest. Too Cute!!:laugh:

    Pugs are the BEST :bigsmile: ! Lilly is my puggie and she is always watching for the time when I lay on the floor so she can snuggle me somehow. She always wants to be on me. Guess she loves me as much as I love her :love:

    I havent ordered it yet but I am going to. I am in the midst of another round of P90X and don't want to interrupt that. Always more to do I swear! Love it :)

    That is most likely because I live in Canada and the shipping said it might take longer for Canadians.

    I am jealous of you guys. :sad: I really would love to do Insanity, but it is not in the budget right now. I guess I will live vicariously through you guys until I can get it. I want to hear all about it.

    Go for it! I got mine this morning and decided to start today :bigsmile:

    I just read the nutrition guide and I am going to start in one hour doing the fit test. I love the nutrition guide that comes with it. It is VERY doable. I think I am going to stick with the 1500 calorie diet. My first meal out of five was 1 scoop of protien powder, 1/2 C blueberries and 1 C almond milk with a couple of ice cubes in the blender YUMMY :happy:

    So I did the fit test and I got:

    1. Switch kicks - 64
    2. Power Jacks - 61
    3. Power knees - 96
    4. Power Jumps - 41 (omygod that was hard)
    5. Globe Jumps - 10
    6. Suicide Jumps - 22
    7. Push-up jacks - 40
    8. Low plank oblique - 84

    This was a workout in itself :devil: ! You have to do it every 2 weeks. Each exercise is your max in one minute. I decided I am going to do Cathe's weights from 4 day split in addition to these for weights because I didn't buy the deluxe kit from Insanity. They are only 1/2 hr each so I think that is doable. I am wondering about running though? Do you think you could still run and do this? Or would that be too much?

    My second meal was just as yummy. It was toasted wwheat eng. muffin with 1 egg and 2 egg whites scrambled and two slices turkey bacon and some tomatoe. Mmm-mmm-good.:smile:
