2-3 times a week I'm actually working out lifting things. Yeah they're called weights!

    Tue,Thurs,Sat:
I'm in the 30 min weight machine circuit room, but I skip the cardio steps. Instead I use the recumbent bike for my cardio for 15 mins. For now this is the most I can do when I'm lifting. I just started the room on the 22nd.

    Mon,Wed,Fri
20 mins cardio on recumbent bike. I tried the eliptical, but simply not ready for it. Same for treadmill. I'm aiming for 30 mins.

I try to take a daily walk. Most days I do, but sometimes the weather doesn't cooperate.
The rest of the time I'm chasing my 5 yr old dd around house lol! That in itself on most days is a real workout.

3-5 days a week. I do weights 3X a week and that's because I love it (and because it's good for you) ... I wish I could do it every day honestly.

The other days I do cardio which I'm not a big fan of... I run outside in the evening a couple times a week after my son is in bed. I do it because I'm preparing for a 5k. I can't do the cardio machines at the gym lol... they bore me to tears. Maybe after my race I will take some type of cardio class once or twice a week instead of running.

6 days a week. I only have off on the nights I go to school (this semester is Thursday). I work out during lunch (more like a brisk walk) and if i'm lucky my dvd or class at the gym at night after all my work is done. I learned to delegate my chores. No need to have one person do all of them when there are 5 healthy people in the house that can help out.

5-7 days a week between p90x & running or walking. It has started to become a lifestyle to me over the past couple months! I would love more friends, feel free to add me!

    Probably 4x a week mostly.

I love being on my bike, so bike time doesn't feel like a chore. I think the key is finding something you love that doesn't feel like a workout it just feels like part of your life.

I workout 5-6 days a week. I think everyone can find 30 minutes a day to dedicate to themselves. I make my husband babysit our daughter so mommy can have alone time so I don't lose my mind. I'm nicer to be around if I've worked out.

I do my C25k 3x per week, and throw other stuff in here and there- like an exercise video, or crunches, or push ups, or weights a few times a week.

Every other day...a few times I've felt so good I went for a second round on my exercise day...not often tho. Having a rest every other day keeps me feeling good.

When I was in the classroom as an assistant I was working out at night (before my last child) I would work out after the other ones went to bed. There is no wayyyyy I could get up earlier on that schedule. More power to you woman!!!! :drinker:

About an hour, 5 days a week. Usually 40 mins cardio, 15-20 mins weight training. I do group fitness classes 2-3 times a week that combine those things also.

I always work out 4x a week for an hour each. If I can do more, I will, but if not, as long as I reach my goal, I am happy. :)

6 days a week, but some days I don't go to the gym and do a high impact aerobics video at home. 30 to 60 minutes and I'm done.

I try to do something everyday, whether it's walking, zumba, pilates or only 20 minutes of yoga. I enjoy it so I feel quite lazy if I don't do anything!
