    Sept. 2 - 9
    Mon - 15 min. walk, back exercises, 110 crunches, 102 jumping jacks, 50 push-ups (20 reg., 10 bent knee, 20 wall)
    Tues - 1 hr. aerobics class
    Wednes - none
    Thurs. - 1 hr. aerobics class
    Fri. - none
    Sat. - none
    Sun - 1 hr. Zumba class

    Checking out a new class tonight called Yogalates. Its Pilates and Yoga combined.
    Should be intesting.

    What would I have done differently? Nothing
    What is today's personal goals? Water, tracking, exercise and keep moving

    Monday - 35 min walk
    Tuesday - 60 mins. Pilates, (classes started) and Yogalates 1 hour
    Wednesday -
    Thursday -
    Friday - Sailing to our last cruise of the season
    Saturday- Boating for the weekend, maybe do some biking
    Sunday - Sailing back from the weekend.

    Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? No
    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Ate light and watched the grandchildren (heh! That burns calories...LOL)
    What would I have done differently? Get a walk in and track all my calories
    What is today's personal goals? Log my calories and check in. Heading into the office today. I usually work from home so this is a little different for me. Oh! And I updated my weight for the first time in 4 months. I have some work to do!

    The Yogalates was good, but since I have lower back issues I came home kind of
    hurting after the class. So I think I will stick to my Reformer Pilates classes which
    I have already signed up for 8 weeks. Oh well I tried anyway, and there were only
    3 others in the class and it was new this year so I didn't miss much.

    What is today's personal goals? Water, tracking, exercise and keep moving

    Monday - 35 min walk
    Tuesday - 60 mins. Pilates, (classes started) and Yogalates 1 hour
    Wednesday - today cleaning the upstairs, 3 1/2 hours. That was my exercise.

    Friday - Sailing to our last cruise of the season

    Sunday - Sailing back from the weekend.

    Tues - 60 minutes step - DONE

    Thurs - 60 minutes of step and 30 minutes body pump
    Fri - walk
    Sat - 60 minutes of step and 30 minutes body pump

    ELBEE1- Yes my back is better today. Its kind of a chronic thing, that's why I am
    doing Pilates to strenghten my core and back muscles and it is working.

    I did cave last night and had a bag of Rice Crisps (Salsa) with a bowl of black bean
    and corn Salsa. The Sodium Ferry hit me this morning on the scale. :sad:

    I won't be tracking on the weekend but will see you all on Monday. :bigsmile:

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? 3/12 hours of cleaning the upstairs. That was my exercise.

    Tuesday - 60 mins. Pilates, (classes started) and Yogalates 1 hour
    Wednesday - today cleaning the upstairs, 3 1/2 hours. That was my exercise.
    Thursday - 8.9 miles biking, 300 calories, 53 mins.
    Friday - Sailing to our last cruise of the season
    Saturday- Boating for the weekend, maybe do some biking
    Sunday - Sailing back from the weekend.
