    Tues - 16 minute walk & 14 minutes back exercises & push-ups

    Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? - No I think the chicken wings and beer did that.
    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Running errands and got a pedicure
    What would I have done differently? Exercised
    What is today's personal goals? Water, tracking, exercise and keep moving

    Monday - 30 mins recumbent biking
    Tuesday - 40 mins biking the trails 6.8 miles today
    Wednesday - 35 min walk plus cleaning downstairs
    Thursday - No exercise, the day got a way with me
    Friday - 35 min walking
    Saturday- Going to the boat, maybe exercise ?
    Sunday -

    My DH and friend of ours moved my MIL into new apartment. As a thank you we
    took them out for dinner and it was chicken wings and a dip to share plus the beer.
    I have been on antibotics for two weeks due to a bladder infection so no drinking.
    So I indugled last night. Today was up 2.2 pounds. :explode:
    It has been a summer of restaurant food and it has been very frustrating. :explode:
    I hope to get a handle on this in September.

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Got my projects done
    What would I have done differently? Took that walk
    What is today's personal goals? It's a little too late to do the right thing now! :ohwell:

    Monday: Ran walked 3.3 miles :heart:
    Tuesday: Essential moves :cry:
    Wednesday: Essential Moves & a Run Walk (3 miles!) :heart:
    Thursday: Lake day -Easy-peasy :wink:
    Friday: Run/walk :cry:
    Saturday: Essential Moves - No but I did spend 45 minutes digging up potatoes in the garden

    Monday Weigh-in 137.2 Up 2 pounds - Keeping this up to remind me to stay on track

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Had a great weekend with family - Friday a cookout - Then my husband and I went away for 2 nights. We hiked down a mountain on Sunday (now we cannot walk....LOL) Wow.. I really am out of shape and its only been about 3 weeks since my last real workout :grumble: ! This weekend we are walking 13 miles for the Jimmy Fund in Boston. Monday ought to be fantastic... Hopefully this will kick my butt back into a workout routine. September - Lets do it!

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Got back to the Y - 35 mins on the elliptical
    What would I have done differently? log ALL my calories - ate pizza like it was my job last night. Total stress eating. I was told my by dentist that I have an autoimmune disease... after doing my research finds out I have a rare skin disease... who would have thunk! I guess it could be worse. Off to see my primary doctor today (please don't make me step on the scale...LOL) He won't be happy!

    It was weigh in day and I only lost .4 ounces. I will take it and its September and we

    What would I have done differently? Nothing - burned 1200+ calories
    What is today's personal goals? Log my calories and check in. A little sore today... might rest today and get back to the Y tomorrow. Need to get things done around the house :-)
