    What would I have done differently?Nothing
    What is today's personal goals? Water, tracking, exercise and keep moving

    Monday - Bike ride, 9.1 miles, 51mins, 330 calories
    Tuesday - One hour Pilates
    Wednesday - 40 mins (2 miles) Walking
    Thursday - Bike 10-12 mph, 60 mins, 345 calories(very windy today, the ride back was hell)

    What is today's personal goals? Log my calories, check in and workout. Good week so far with working out... I haven't worked out this many days since June :grumble:
