    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? stayed under calories and made good choices
    What would I have done differently? pizza for dinner wasn't the most nutritious - and I only ate it because it was there
    What is today's personal goals? follow my nutritional guidelines ... challenge to stay under cals today and get in at least a walk

    Will have to take a longer walk today I had a 510 calorie breakfast at Timmy's not counting coffee. :tongue:

    Did you stay within your nutritional goals? no - for the last two days - but not too horrible :grumble:
    Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? no - non exercise days are hard for me to stay under calories
    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? went for a walk to at least get some exercise in after getting stuck in traffic and missing step class
    What would I have done differently? eaten just half of my wrap for lunch and left work earlier to make sure I could get to step
    What is today's personal goals? follow my nutritional guidelines ... step and body pump tonight

    didn't get dinner on so we had chinese take out. :ohwell:

    Just wanted to update:
    I have continued to do well with calories since I last posted. Also, on Sunday, I did a 15 minute walk & Zumba. Monday I walked for 30 minutes. Wednesday, I did 15 minutes of back exercises including crunches & also did push-ups.

    Monday evening, my husband and I drove to Corpus Christi, TX where my son was in the emergency room. He had Appendicitis and surgery while we were driving there. My son and I drove back yesterday. He is doing well, now.

    Monday morning I weighed in and had lost a pound! So far maintaining that 1 pound lost. Amazing considering how I usually gain under stress or traveling and I had both going on.

    What would I have done differently? Went to a fundraiser on Sat. night and way too much.

    Thursday - 7.5 mile bike ride

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Cleaned the house and did some yardwork. It was a fantastic weekend! Concert Friday night and Saturday out on a catamaran. The pictures sort of shocked me... wow those 22lbs that I gained back do not look good on me. I am so looking forward to getting back in my exercise routine when school goes back.

    Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? - had not set any
    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Big day for us. Dropped off youngest son at college 10 hours away. On our way home met our youngest daughter on way there. ALMOST empty nest. We still have a nephew for a little more than a week in the house.
    What would I have done differently? skipped the queso and chips with dinner
    What is today's personal goals? Run/walk and stay on track nutritionally (I am planning to enter my first 5K at parent's weekend!!)

    You are not alone! This summer has been crazy and I haven't made any time for myself. I am looking forward to my daughter starting school on 9/6 so I can get back on track. Let's go SEPTEMBER!!! My niece just posted a count down to her wedding (less than 400 days). I say I should piggy back on her countdown and look darn good at that wedding... LOL

Not have a nervous breakdown ;-) My ex-husband just had a baby with his new wife... all good...except when my daughter comes home from their house (wed dinner...sat nights to sun). She is a mess...I don't wan't to leave my brother... I want to live with dad... The emotions are taking a toll on me (and her). I feel bad that she needs to leave her brother behind but she lives with me (AND ALWAYS WILL! :wink: I have full legal and physical custody). Her step-mom is off on maternity leave and is home but doesn't want my daughter around because she wants to bond with "her" baby. All BS if you ask me... my daughter is 11, not 3. Well... I will be here to continue to pick up the pieces when she comes home because that's what mom's do :bigsmile: Yeah - I really need to go back to yoga and start exercising again :laugh:
