Hi Ladies ~ Work was busy Friday since it was “end of the month” for everyone. DH and I had a nice weekend at home. No plans really just spent time together and went out for an appetizer on Saturday evening. I slept in all 3 days, which seems to be a theme lately. Still trying to just cope with the “difference” right now in how I am feeling. I did end up coming into work yesterday, which wasn’t planned but DH was busy out in the shop so I thought I would work a few hours. The OT is so nice on the paycheck. Bernie of course came with me. I think his favorite part is the car ride, although he just enjoys being with one of us.
Workouts were: Saturday I did KCM Strength & Stamina, Sunday started with Muscle Meltdown Back + Abs, yesterday I did Muscle Meltdown Shoulders + Blizzard Blast. No workout this a.m. but planning on Insanity tonight, even with the risk of maybe Running Camp happening. YIKES. Tomorrow I will double up on the MM workout, doing Bis/Tris.
Thelma: Great workouts!!! I have to re-visit the pre-mixes since they are so short on the MM. I was hoping to double up each time but just missed seeing those.
Laurie: Hopefully the sinus headache is all gone and things are going smoother there and that you enjoyed your weekend up North! Fabulous job with your workouts as well prior to leaving and I am sure you will hit it hard upon your return today. Is your sister doing ok?
Laurel: Welcome Back! I am so happy to hear you had such a wonderful time away. That is always so fun. Fabulous job getting in all your workouts as well, no surprise here . . . truly AWESOME! Thank you, the weekend was relaxing.
Talk to you ladies tomorrow ~ Tami

Hi Ladies, XT B&Ts w/u, ICE Boot Camp – Basic Prmx #3 Blizzard Blast + Muscle Meltdown - Biceps X4, Stretch for me tonight. This premix did the meltdown 3 times but I did it 4 times just because I've been doing 4 sets of each giant set. I am really loving the meltdowns. Great idea Laurel! BTW, I didn't realize the Blizzard Blast in this Boot Camp DVD was different than the one I always seem to do. This one included the step, weights, and floor work!
Laurel, so glad you had a great time and great weather! Good job getting workouts in while on your mini-vacation. Awesome workouts today!
Tami, so glad you had a nice weekend with your DH and got some much-needed sleep. You are so good about going to work on the weekends!
I'm not sure if this helps but I needed to organize myself with these muscle meltdown workouts. I am focusing on some cardio plus 4 sets of each meltdown. So I looked at all the ICE DVDs to find which premixes I could do. There are longer workouts that include the meltdown but the length on the following premixes works for me
Week 4 (endurance)
Sunday-Muscle Meltdown Back – Low Impact Sweat – Basic Premix #7 Muscle Meltdown (4 Rounds): Warm Up + Muscle Meltdown - Back Rounds 1-3 + Round 3 Repeated + Stretch - 37:13 or Timesavers #2 Warm Up + Muscle Meltdown - Back + Stretch - 30:45 or #3 Warm Up + Blizzard Blast + Muscle Meltdown - Back + Stretch - 41:16 or #6 Warm Up + Cardio 1 + Muscle Meltdown - Back + Stretch - 49:04
Monday-Muscle Meltdown Shoulders – To The Mat Legs & Glutes – Basic Premix #4 Muscle Meltdown - 4 Rounds: Muscle Meltdown - Shoulders Rounds 1-3 + Round 3 Repeated + Stretch - 23:00 or Timesaver #1 Warm Up + Muscle Meltdown + Stretch - 22:30
Tuesday-Muscle Meltdown Biceps - Boot Camp – Basic Premix #3 Warm Up + Blizzard Blast + Muscle Meltdown - Biceps + Stretch - 37:10 or Timesavers #7 Muscle Meltdown (4 Rounds): Warm Up + Muscle Meltdown - Biceps Rounds 1-3 + Round 3 Repeated + Stretch - 30:10 or #2 Warm Up + Muscle Meltdown - Biceps + Stretch - 25:12
Wednesday-ICE Chiseled Lower Body Blast
Thursday-Muscle Meltdown Chest – Metabolic Total Body - Basic Premix #7 Muscle Meltdown (4 rounds): Warm Up + Muscle Meltdown - Chest Rounds 1-3 + Round 3 Repeated + Stretch - 31:12, or Timesavers #2 Warm Up + Muscle Meltdown - Chest + Stretch 26:21, or #3 Warm Up + Blizzard Blast + Muscle Meltdown - Chest + Stretch - 38:42
Friday-Muscle Meltdown Triceps – Rock'm Sock'm - Basic Premix #7 Muscle Meltdown (4 rounds): Warm Up + Muscle Meltdown - Triceps Rounds 1-3 + Round 3 Repeated + Stretch - 32:13 or Timesaver #3 Warm Up + Blizzard Blast + Muscle Meltdown - Triceps + Stretch - 41:50
Hi Laurie!
Good night ladies!

Hello,
Today I did Low impact cardiosupersets first time doing it , made me sweat, really wasn’t a favorite for me tho.
last week it was strong and sweaty total body giant supersets. What a great workout . I’m still feeling this the first time I have been back to using weights since having a baby and boy do I hurt lol. Maybe not so heavy the next time. I used to do Cathe all the time about 7-8 years ago. I was doing a lot of the gym style series and even finished sts back then . I have started t25 with the hubby and during cathe now on other days. Even got him to do one of her arm workouts. Have a great day .0 -
Hi Ladies! Today’s workout was Gym Style Back and Biceps and the core work from Muscle Max. For cardio, I started with Cathe’s live class from last week which was Ready, Set, Step. This was a moderate intensity choreography workout. It was fun, but next time I will take my step up a notch to make it a little more intense. But today it was okay at 6” because I strapped on F/S Shred Cardio at the end of it. That latter workout will never be easy for me!
I know I have been complaining about how gloomy the weather is for several weeks now, but even I had to laugh at a notification I got this morning from the Fairbanks Weather Service. They were alerting everybody that they are predicting sunshine over the weekend into next week! I guess I’m not the only one feeling the glooms.
Tami, sounds like a nice weekend and some great workouts. Those x4 Muscle Meltdown premixes Thelma has been doing really get the muscles hard. That extra set seems to make a huge difference. Glad you are listening to your body and getting some extra sleep. I know you are probably somewhat frustrated with how you are feeling, but I think what you are doing is remarkable. Working full time (plus some), managing life, working out and grieving is more than most people can do or would be doing in your circumstance. This entire year has been brutally tough on you. You are still standing. Be proud of that....and let yourself rest when you can.
Thelma, great workouts! Glad you are enjoying the Muscle Meltdowns. That Boot Camp Blizzard Blast is tough! But it’s a goodie!
unicornpickles, welcome! Congratulations on your baby boy!! Sounds like you are doing some great workouts. Since it sounds like you were really fit not too long ago, I bet you get back all that strength pretty quickly. That Slow and Sweaty workout is definitely a tough one. The upper and lower body premixes on that DVD are really tough too! T25 is such a good program and so good your DH is joining you in it! I know a few of us here (myself included) really struggle getting our husbands to do any form of fitness. Hope he continues with you. Feel free to keep checking in!
Laurie, hope your week is going well. I forgot to mention your sister yesterday! I am so sorry. I hope she is home and recovering.
See you all tomorrow.

Hi Ladies ~ No workout last night afterall. We had an electrician coming by to wire in floor plug ins into our family room/great room area so I headed home. At any rate, this a.m. I decided on going with our scheduled Wednesday workout Chiseled Lower Body Blast and will head to Spinning after work; I decided I will do a “Biceps” workout on Saturday (pending I don’t miss any others tomorrow or Friday) LOL. Felt great this a.m. to get up and get that nice workout in!
Thelma: thank you for the breakdown on these, will be handy for me as well! I appreciate you putting that in your message. YAY! I will be able to get a good timeframe in mind for each and go from there. Way to go on your workout last night.
Laurel: Another fantastic day in your workout room! Way to go. Yahoo to hear you have some nice weather coming your way. Thank you for the kudos on the workouts and your truly encouraging words to me, much needed. I appreciate that SO much.
Hi Laurie
Unicornpickles: Welcome! Congratulations on your baby boy!! Way to go with your workouts. The Strong and Sweaty series is a great one! I love to hear your DH is joining you in the workouts. I just hope for my hubby to “be active” right now. Which is his goal (he keeps saying he will join a gym again this fall . . . fingers crossed). Feel free to stop in here and chat!
Talk to you ladies tomorrow ~ Tami

Hi Ladies, no workout for me tonight. I wasn't feeling good and got in bed as soon as I got home from work and slept, and slept!
Laurel, great combo today. One of these days (when I'm retired) I'll try the Gym Style workouts again. Those were my first Cathe purchase after I saw her workouts on tv. Are you feeling like you're still getting a good workout with the lower step? I used one riser the other day for the blizzard blast and it felt good. Cathe does the jump ups/down which freak me out so I did them as step-ups and I jumped down.
I'm sure you're not the only one feeling the glooms in Alaska but funny how they sent a special notification about the sunshine in the next few days. We are getting heat advisory alerts!
Tami, happy you were able to workout today! Listen to your body and go with whatever it wants to do. I'm glad my muscle meltdown premix list will be of help to you too.
Hi unicornpickles, welcome to our Cathe group. Strong and Sweaty is really a great series.
Congratulations on your new baby boy! Good for you for getting your workouts in while taking care of a baby!
I would say start with lite weights and work your way up to heavier weights. So cool that you and your hubby are doing T25 together! Do you guys like it?
Hi Laurie, I hope you're doing well. How is your sister doing?
Good night ladies!!

Hi Ladies! Today’s workout was a toughie. I had scheduled Gym Style Legs, but when I got up this morning, I didn’t feel like a workout with a long floor section. So I immediately thought of doing Legs and Glutes, but then I got on 2Lazy’s site and read her review of Legs and Glutes Live. She commented she thought it was harder than the DVD version, so, of course, I had to try it. I don’t know if I agree with her assessment that it is tougher than the DVD, but it is definitely as tough and in a different way. The original Legs and Glutes gets me because Carhe moves so fast between exercises and the sections with the ankle weights I find pretty challenging. She moves a little slower in this one, and there are no ankle weights. But she adds more reps to the exercises (which are mostly new) and also adds plyo/cardio sections. So definitely a great workout.....and one I was still feeling when I hopped on my spin cycle for Cathe Live Bike Fever. My legs are quaking now, that’s for sure.
Thelma, I am sorry you weren’t feeling well last night. I am glad you took the night off and got some rest. I definitely still feel a challenge with a lower step.....and my body likes it a whole lot better too! I haven’t done any of the workouts recently where she uses a 10” step (like that Blizzard Blast from ICE Bootcamp), but I plan on keeping everything at 8” or lower from now on for cardio. I want to keep doing those workouts but I find myself talking myself out of doing them because of the high step. This way I won’t give up on them completely. I understand needing more time than you have to do the Gym Style workouts. Hopefully you will enjoy revisiting them again when you get the time.
Laurie and Tami, hope you are well!
So I have been thinking about what’s next after this month, and I think I am going to veer in a different direction than we had originally discussed. Before we started this one body part a day section, we had all discussed doing a metabolic or total body month after this one. But, right now, I am feeling the need to do something different. Specifically, I am wanting to hit my lower body harder, wanting to try more Live workouts I haven’t done yet and wanting to do more yoga so starting next month (September 30 actually), I am going to do six weeks of split sessions and total body workouts. I think my weeks will look something like:
Sunday: lower body (light or no weight) and cardio
Monday: upper body split (for example, a workout of chest, shoulders and triceps or triceps and biceps or any such combination of 2-3 upper body parts. Examples would be XT Discs 1 and 2, LIHI workouts, Gym Style workouts, etc)
Tuesday: lower body
Wednesday: upper body split (the other upper body parts not worked on Monday)
Thursday: cardio and yoga
Friday: Metabolic or Total Body workout
That will take me to November 11, and then I am going to do the Body Beast Bulk workouts again, but this time for six weeks. I think I will love the shorter, intense Bulk workouts through the holiday season. That will go to December 23, when I hope we all have Cathe’s new series. And that is when I will do a month of metabolic workouts.
I realize I have way more time than all of you to workout, so I understand if you can’t join in on that six weeks of split workouts. But if you can.....yay!!! But I wanted to share with you all what I had in mind since this month is going to be gone before we know it.
See you tomorrow.

Hi Ladies ~ As I mentioned yesterday I did the Chiseled Lower Body Blast in the a.m. and then headed to Spinning after work. Felt like a great day for me in the exercise category! This a.m. I did MM Chest + Blizzard Blast. Nothing tonight unless I head out for a walk, which sounds kind of nice. Our weather right now is absolutely perfect. Great temp + blue skies. Bernie can go for a short one with me and then I will go again by myself ….. unfortunately he gets pretty stiff if we go too far at all. Shades of when Emma reached that age {SIGH}
Thelma: Sorry to hear your weren’t feeling good, I bet all the sleep helped. Hopefully today is better for you and maybe tonight you can get in your workout.
Laurel: Great job with the workouts again today. Sounds like that was another fun LIVE workout. That Legs/Glutes DVD workout is one of my favorites. I think if I did it right now I would be super SORE. LOL I really love the idea of what you posted here starting at the end of September! I really need to implement more lower body into my routine now that I am getting back into the swing of things. The combos + Total Body look great! Doing the Body Beast BULK workouts will be great for me too since I missed the BB portion this summer. Good to get some Sagi in.
I will definitely join your there as well
Hi Laurie Hope everything is going well for you!
Talk to you ladies tomorrow!

Hello
We are liking it. I’m so surprised we have stuck with it . We did the first 5 weeks now are onto the second 5 weeks. It was crazy hard in the beginning but is getting better as we get more fit. There sure is a lot of jumping stuff. I think hubby likes it because it’s run by a dude and it’s short in time and equipment . I have lost 21 pounds and he has lost 31 pounds in the same amount of time. I have a lot to go tho but am getting excited about working out more and more. Have a great day.
And thank you all for the baby congratulations:)! She’s a girl I mistyped lol)0 -
Hi Ladies, tonight's workout was XT CBS w/u, ICE Metabolic Total Body - Basic Prmx #7 Muscle Meltdown Back X4, Lite Cardio, Stretching. For a change, I went heavier than Cathe. She used 12 lb and I used 15 lb dumbbells. Great chest workout! I loving doing the 4 giant set rounds!
Tomorrow is my first Friday at work in a while. Not looking forward to that! At least it was a short week.
I am feeling better but I think I'm a little sad and depressed knowing that things are about to change at work. The rumors I'm hearing are not good news.
We'll be going to NH to meet some dear friends for brunch on Saturday, then back home to try to get rid of more stuff! LOL
Laurel, that sounds like a tough leg workout! Great job! I am so glad you still feel like you got a good workout when using the lower step. I think you will find the step workouts more enjoyable with the lower step.
LOVE, LOVE your ideas for the next phase of the rotation. Of course, you put a huge smile on my phase when I saw the repeat of the BB Bulk workouts! Thank you!
Tami, so happy you had a good workout day! AWWWWW poor Bernie getting stiff. How old is he now? Can you take him for a ride in one of those pull wagons?
Hi unicornpickles, congrats to you and DH (dear husband or hubby) on the weight loss! Wow! you guys are doing a great job! I hear you on all the jumping on the T25 program. That was one of the reasons why I didn't get that program. My feet don't like all that jumping.
One of the programs we love doing in this group (by another dude!) is the Body Beast program. It is one of my favorites!
Sorry about the baby's gender mixup! We misread your post! LOL. Congrats on your baby girl!
Hi Laurie, I hope you and your family are OK!
Good night ladies and have a wonderful weekend!!

Morning Ladies,
I'm sorry that I haven't been online this week, it has been surprisingly busy at work. The family up north is doing well. My sister is doing fine, she is on a 10lb restriction for another week. DH's mom is complaining about the facility, nothing is to her liking even though she is the one that chose this place. I think the woman just likes to complain. I've been keeping up with my workouts, doing the MM one body part and Kelly workouts for cardio. I'm also sticking with the Jessica Walk Strong 3 legs, I really do enjoy that one alot.
Laurel, Looks like you have been doing some great workouts, and looking at different options for your lower body work. Your rotation for the next phase looks interesting, and I will see how it will work for me. Are you looking at barre type workouts for that first day of lower body? I don't have Cathe for that, but I know that I enjoy Jessica's workouts that are barre related. I agree with you on the additional yoga, I think that I will be adding some onto my workout after work. I have done some longer cardio sessions this week, so I'm thinking my body will enjoy the stretch. I don't know about the Beast workouts, let me think on that one. I'm actually steering myself toward some HasFit workouts.
Tami, Dang on Bernie getting stiff, I can understand what you are feeling. Yesterday at daycare a lady was picking up her dog, and it was a German Shepherd puppy that looked so much like Cami. She had the exact same coloring. I'm just sticking with the MM workouts on their own, and adding on different cardio. I may venture into the blizzard blast at some point. I'm still having some sinus headaches, but our weather, like yours, is nearly perfect. We have had a lot of rain, but this weekend is suppose to be really nice.
Thelma, These MM workouts have been a lot of fun to do, and nice that you where able to go heavy. It really does make a difference in how your workout goes. Hope your Friday goes well for you. We are going to be going to our dd's house on Saturday, so that should be a fun visit. She and her hubby went up north for Labor Day weekend also, my mother was very happy to see them. I was surprised at how nice it was, no bugs!
unicornpickles, Congrats on your new baby girl! I have two adult daughters, so know the journey you will be looking forward to with having a girl. No matter what people say, daughters are wonderful (except for the pre-teen/teenage years). Very nice that you and your DH are doing T25 together, my DH thinks exercise is a four letter word.
Have a great day!
Laurie0 -
Hi Ladies! Today’s workout started with Gym Style Shoulders. Then I decided to challenge myself with a longer cardio session. I kept the intensity pretty moderate but took it to nearly 90 minutes with ICE Rock’m Sock’m into Cathe Live Rock It Sock It and core from Cathe Live Jabs and Abs. Felt great!
Tami, glad you got some good workouts in!! We have sunshine here for the first time in forever. Feels so good and makes all the difference in the world in my energy levels and mood. Yay for joining me for those 12 weeks!! I am still trying to decided what series I will be focusing on for the two upper body split sessions, so all recommendations welcome. I want to try two different ones at least, but kind of don’t want a different one each week. Hope you got in a nice walk. Sorry to hear that Bernie is getting a little achy though.
unicornpickles, glad you are enjoying T25. I find Shaun T. to be hugely inspiring and fun to work out with. But he is tough! And, like you said, does a lot of jumping. Congratulations on the weight loss! That is amazing. And congratulations on your baby girl.
Thelma, great workout. I find I can go a little heavier on the Muscle Meltdowns than Cathe in all the workouts except for Triceps. It has never quite made sense to me why she lifts as heavy in the Triceps workout as she does chest and back. I am so happy you like the sound of the next phases too!! Yay!! I know I felt like I was just getting to the point of turning a corner on strength with those Bulk workouts in our last week, and that’s why I want to try them again so soon. I think you indicated you felt the same way. Hope you enjoy your brief visit to NH. I hope your upcoming trip to GA will push some job-related anxiety.....knowing it will be temporary and you having so much to look forward to.
Laurie, great to hear from you! Glad you enjoyed the trip up north and that your sister is recovering. Sorry to hear about the continuing headache, though. That is no fun. I am definitely thinking barre for those Sunday leg days in the next phase. I still can’t seem to work up much interest for floor leg work, but I have been doing some more barre lately with some of the Cathe Live workouts, and I find I am enjoying it. And, honestly, I need to target some areas in my lower body I am not hitting with standard squats and lunges. So I am thinking barre may be a good option that won’t put too much stress on my body (like heavy weights) or bore me to tears (floor work). Of course, I might consider cleaning up my diet too. Sounds like you have been doing some great workouts despite the headache. Hope that clears up soon. Enjoy your time with your DD.
Enjoy the weekend!

Hi Ladies, I hope you had a nice weekend. We had a good one. It was on the cold side though.
On Friday I did XT CBS w/u, ICE Metabolic Total Body - Basic Prmx #7 Muscle Meltdown Back X4, Lite Cardio, Stretch. On Saturday I did Jessica yoga and tonight and tonight XT CBS w/u, ICE Metabolic Total Body - Basic Prmx #7 Muscle Meltdown Back X4, Lite Cardio, Stretch.
Laurie, so glad you're OK! Great job keeping up with your workouts!
Laurel, awesome combo on Friday! I'm totally with you on going for 6 weeks with the BB workouts!
Hi Tami!
Good night ladies and have a wonderful week!!

Morning Ladies,
Had a really nice weekend, no rain! On Friday I got in MM Triceps after work, and talk about DOMS from that one. I guess I used the correct weight. On Saturday I did RAW Stretch and Sunday was ICE Low Impact Sweat Blizzard Blast & MM Back premix. Upped the weight on that one, and had some more DOMS on that body part this morning. So this morning I did 30MTF TLC Boxing and MM Shoulders, thinking that I'm going to be feeling the shoulders all day too. I will be upping the weights this week, and that will make a difference. Trying to get in my weight work in the mornings, so I can hopefully get in some more yoga work after work. I have a lot of projects to get done at home also, so that my be taking up my evenings also.
Laurel, Great job with the workouts, it sure looks like you got in some good boxing type workouts in. I always love doing the boxing with shoulder weight work. Two days in a row headache free, with the temps really going down it has been better. Plus the wind isn't blowing all the stuff around today, sure did feel nice to wake up this morning. I agree with you on the floor work and being bored. I think that I have only tried out the ICE Legs & Glutes a handful of times, because I just feel like it drags. I'm sure that if I did that workout at least once a week, it would probably improve those areas though. Now cleaning up the diet is something that I really do need to work on.
Thelma, Nice workouts! This week I'm sticking with the MM workouts x3, so increasing the weights if going to be important. Sure feels like fall outside doesn't it? I just love this time of the year, got to have the windows open while I was doing some practice sewing for the banners I'm making.
Have a great day!

Hi Ladies! Hope you all enjoyed the weekend. We had sunshine and blue skies both days....and today! Makes all the difference in the world. Saturday’s workouts we Jessica Smith Walk Strong 3 Barre Sculpt, which is a nice moderate intensity all body workout using a Pilates ball and light weights. Really enjoyed it. I followed it with Jessica Smith Strong Stretch. Yesterday was Muscle Meltdown Chest x4, followed by S&S Cardio Slam. And today was Muscle Meltdown Back x4 followed by a Cathe Live combo of LIHI Live and Compound HiiT Live. Good stuff.
So the phone rang Saturday morning while I was working out. And it was my DH’s friend who offered him the job in Florida two weeks back. Long story short.....we are moving back to Florida, projected to leave here on Halloween. Yes, that is Halloween 2018. No doubt leaving Alaska in the winter (well, it will still be autumn, but it will feel like winter) and driving south will be better than the trip we made from summer-ish in Florida to winter-still in Alaska last year. But I must admit that the idea of moving next month and driving down the Alaskan highway.....again......alone.......again.......all the way to Florida has me feeling somewhat exhausted at the minute. And we haven’t even started on the hard part of moving! But I know when we get through these next few months, we will both be so happy we made the move. I see us sitting outside in January, eating fresh oranges, and thinking about North Pole, Alaska.....and just . But between now and then, I am going to me . In other words, a bit of a basket case.
Thelma, great workouts. Glad you enjoyed your weekend, even if it was cooler than expected. We’ll be within a day’s drive of each other when you move to Georgia!!
Laurie, glad to hear you are feeling better. Great workouts. Love that you are focusing on the weight you are lifting and really feeling it. I find these MM workouts can really get the muscles with the right weights, but it definitely took me awhile to figure out what those were.
Tami, hope you are well.
Off to figure out how to move in seven weeks without going crazy! See you tomorrow.
Laurel0 -
Hi Ladies ~ Sorry I missed you Friday. As the usual it was busy and then my supervisor let us leave at 4:30 if we were caught up! So I was motivated. Good weekend, went by super fast, but I didn’t go into work so that was good . . . made it feel a little longer. Workouts were: Saturday, I did MM Tri’s + Blizzard Blast and then added on a short lower body of ICE To the Mat Legs/Glutes (band & floor work), yesterday I did MM Back + Low Impact Sweat #1 pre-mix. Today will be BootCamp after work. DH left at 2:00 this a.m. for his fall fishing. He will be back in a couple weeks for a wedding and then I will go to see him the first weekend of October. So breaking it up nicely this time. At any rate, I woke up with him and didn’t sleep well prior to that so I had zero energy to get up this a.m. Yesterday I met my BFF for lunch, which was really nice to see her and talk with her. I haven’t seen her since before I left for L.A.
Thelma: Great workouts! I did the “x4” option the other day now that I know where to find it on the pre-mixes, (thank you again for that). Hopefully your Friday went ok?! What things are changing at your work? I know, it is sad on Bernie getting stiff now. He is 11½ yrs old now. I can’t believe it. I bet he would love the pull wagon, or the option of not having to walk if he became sore he would like I think. Finding one big enough for him is another thing. LOL
Laurie: I hear you on the busy at work moments! Glad to hear everything is ok and you were simply busy. Also, happy your sister and family up north is doing well. Excellent job keeping up with your workouts! Sounds like you are enjoying the time frame and workouts that you are putting together! I know, it is disappointing to see him getting stiff. Very similar to Emma . . . I recently started up some special CBD oil for dogs that I am putting on his food to see if it helps. Seems to be so popular nowadays so giving it a try. His stiffness seems to be in the evenings more than the a.m. and if we go on a walk further than around our cul-de-sac ☹ When you mentioned about the Legs & Glutes workout, I think when I did that one the other day it was only the 2nd or 3rd time (maybe) that I have done it. The To The Mat was like the 1st time maybe! LOL But I do think incorporating those into my workouts would be helpful to problem areas as well.
Laurel: That is super exciting to hear you are moving back to Florida! Exciting for the better weather and I think you enjoyed it there …… the packing, moving, driving does not sound quite as fun. But YAY on not having another loooooooong winter in AK. I am glad you were able to enjoy some sunshine over the weekend. Our weather was beautiful and now it has changed a lot. Still “ok” out but our temps are way cooler. Fall is in the air forsure. Amazing combo for your Cardio after the GS Shoulders! Love those boxing style workouts after shoulder workouts too. Your Jessica workouts sound wonderful! You’re enjoying those Walk Strong 3 series? Fabulous combos you put together yesterday and today as well! WOWSA.
Have a great afternoon ladies ~ talk to you tomorrow! Tami0 -
Hi Ladies, tonight's workout was XT CBS w/u, ICE Legs & Glutes–Basic #4 Muscle Meltdown Shoulders X4, Leslie Sansone Walk, Stretch. I tried talking myself out of working out because I was very tired and I was cold because the house was cold. We had a rainy, cold/raw day today. It will continue raining through the night and into tomorrow morning.
I finally got myself to go to the basement and had a good workout!
I can't believe we will be going to Blue Ridge next week! So tonight I found out that Blue Ridge gets about 60 inches of rain a year! I decided to google it because I swear, the forecast says rain showers every day! I guess we will get used to the rain! Maybe I'll start a rain boot collection!
Laurie, glad you had a nice weekend. Awesome workouts and congrats on the DOMS! I think my pecs are still sore from last week's workout!
It sure feels like fall outside! It really is a nice time of the year. I've not used the AC window unit in our bedroom since Saturday.
I forgot to comment on your MIL last night. Sorry, she is having a hard time adjusting to her new home. It is really hard to have to give up everything you have and know all of a sudden. I can relate a little because I had to leave my family and practically everything I owned behind in 1980 when I had to leave El Salvador due to the war.
Laurel, so glad your weather people were correct and you actually got some sunshine! Great workout combos!
OMG! I can't believe you're moving to FL next month! So much for taking your time packing! I would be a basket case too if I only had a month to pack. When do you leave for Hawaii? At least you'll have that to look forward to first.
I have to admit that I was really hoping you would move a lot closer to me, but I am so glad you're finally going to leave the long AK winters behind. It has to be really hard and exhausting having to do that long drive all by yourself. DH doesn't want me to drive alone. He wants us to ride together. We may have to hire my BIL's stepson to drive one of our cars when we move.
Tami, glad you had a nice weekend and took a break from work! Good job with your workouts. I'm sure you're going to miss your DH while he is on his fishing trip.
I'm glad you tried the X4 version of the MM workouts! I really like doing the giant sets 4 times. I do take longer breaks between sets so that I can continue with the weights I selected in the beginning.
I survived Friday. It was weird being at work but I made it through the day. This week I will work from home on Thu and will go to work on Fri. Next week I'm only working 2.5 days. On 9/19 in the afternoon we leave for Atlanta and will return on Friday.
What will change at my job? My boss announced his retirement. He will be there till mid-Nov. He protects us from any of the crazy stuff that happens at work. The rumor I'm hearing about his replacements are scary.
OMG, I can't believe Bernie is already 11 1/2 years old! I think you could come up with some kind of a wagon big enough for him. Check these videos out
https://youtu.be/rdVgHzfl_kk
I would add a dog pad to this one.

Morning Ladies,
So I pulled out ICE Chiseled Lower Body Blast, because I didn't want to find a cardio workout too. I probably will find something else to do after work, since DH has to go to his uncles place to figure out why his internet connection isn't working. Don't know how long that will take, so I may be on my own for a while.
Laurel, Awesome news on the move to FL!!! I'm so happy for you, and I bet this is a much better move than the last one. I'm sure that you will be okay, the hardest part will be finding the house to move into I'm sure. You probably have the packing part down pat. Great job on the workouts, now that I see that you enjoyed the barre workout from Strong 3 I will have to take a look at that one. You gave me a good idea to try one of the many workouts that I have not tried from Strong 3 after work. That really is the hardest part with these MM workouts, because you start out with one weight and by the last round you are struggling. I love that part, but dang. I had weights from 5 to 8, to make it easier for the shoulder work just in case I needed to go down fast.
Tami, How nice that you were able to leave work early on Friday. I enjoy when they offer that during the summer around here. Great job on your workouts! I agree with you on those workouts, I just have to incorporate them more often. I'm sure that I will see that it helps even though they don't have that fun factor. You will have to let me know how that product works, even though Rocket is only 3 they say you can give them those things to help them before they get stiff and sore. I'm glad to see that you had lunch with your bff also, I'm sure that you both had a lot to talk about.
Thelma, Dang on the rainy cold weekend. Awesome job on the workout. It is so hard to motivate yourself when you are tired. I didn't know that it rained that much in the Blue Ridge area, guess that it will feel like you are in Seattle or something. I like that you can have a really cool rain boot collection though. That is the thing about my MIL, I think that she is really scared especially about the finances. She of course is used to hearing about how some facilities treat their residence, so that has a factor also. The place that she chose is very nice though.
Have a great day!

Hi Ladies! Today’s workout was Muscle Meltdown Shoulder x4. For cardio, I did LIS Low Impact Challenge Extreme. Managed the choreography pretty well today despite the fact my mind is racing a million different directions today.
Tami, great workouts. Glad you got a chance to see your BFF this weekend. Is this the same friend who recently lost her father? If so, I imagine you both enjoyed the shared understanding. Glad to hear your DH got off safely and that this month will give you some breaks with him. Can’t believe it is fall fishing already! Believe me, as we start getting darker, I am so glad we are leaving Alaska before the dead of winter. I just wish I could work up some enthusiasm for the moving process. But this will be our 8th move in 10 years, so there is little wonder I feel a little less than enthusiastic. I do like many of the Walk Strong 3 workouts. They are less intense than what I am used to, but I like them as add-one or on my light days (like Saturday). But as I continue to age, I see myself reaching for them more and more because, honestly, there is nothing that bothers me about Jessica Smith. She has a way of working you without ever making it feel like it should be brutal, and I like that.
Thelma, great workout. Glad you enjoyed it after having to talk yourself into it. So I looked up the annual rainfall for where we are moving (Ft. Walton Beach area), and it is 67” a year. So I compared that to where we were in Melbourne, FL, and our new area is definitely more (18” a year more). But if your rainfall is anything like ours was there in Melbourne, it comes in bursts. In other words, it is not quite like Seattle or England where you can get that light mist or light rain for days on end but that doesn’t measure to much of anything. You will get a rain storm that will dump 3” on you in an hour and then disappear. But I would still invest in a collection of rain boots just because. Sadly, our trip to Hawaii is canceled. That’s three vacations in three years we have had to cancel. I am pretty sad about it, to be honest, because I was SO looking forward to it. But we will work with the airlines to see if we can change our tickets to at least recoup some of that cost. Unfortunately, our tickets are on Alaska Air, and the only destination on Alaska Air from Atlanta (the closest major airport to us) is Seattle. So we may be back in the Pacific Northwest for our next holiday again. I can think of worse places.
Laurie, good workout. I am going to do that one tomorrow. It seems like forever since I last did it, to be honest. I hope you like the Barre workout. I consider it more of a body ‘loosener’ than ‘strengthener’, but that is exactly what I wanted on Saturday. DH had the wild idea that we would get pods to transport our stuff, meaning we would do all the packing and loading ourselves. Um.....nope! That move from Colorado to Florida that we did by ourselves was brutal, and we didn’t have the bedroom furniture we have now. This stuff......was not meant to be moved every year. So at least I have talked him into hiring a professional loading/shipping company for the move. But I may still do all the packing. Funny how when that happens so much stuff ends up going to charity.
See you tomorrow.

Hi Ladies ~ Change of plans last night BUT I did get my workout in!!! Yay for that. I went home instead of BC and did Muscle Meltdown Shoulders (x4) + KCM KB Kickbox Fusion. Still deciding on tonight’s workout, most likely will head home. Thinking the ICE BootCamp + MM Biceps sounds good. Plus I will be home with Mr. Bernard. Spinning tomorrow and Friday after work, Spinning is back on for Friday eve’s.
Thelma: Great lineup for your workouts! Glad you were happy with your workouts. That is a lot of rain, WOW! I bet you are excited for your trip there. I will definitely miss DH, especially this year . . . his company and support in the evenings have kept me “going”. It is nice he will come home in a couple weeks though. I can’t believe he (Bernie) is that old already either ….. those videos are absolutely darling. The yellow lab reminds me of Bernie and I love how much that man loves his dogs. That little wagon and the dogs hooked up is SO cute! I think I will try and investigate one of those bike buggies that you pull. I could take him on my rides and he could get out and run a little bit along the way. PLUS it would be a great workout for me.
Laurie: Way to go on your Lower Body Blast! Sounds like you may have your house to yourself for a while this evening. I will keep you posted on the oil for Bernie forsure. It isn’t bad for them at all and younger dogs can take advantage of the benefits as well, you are correct there, before they get stiff. It was great to talk with my BFF forsure. We cried and laughed together . . . very therapeutic.
Laurel: Fabulous job on the combo! I can feel myself tense up just thinking of the choreography on LI Challenge! LOL Way to go, despite your mind racing. This is the friend that lost her father in May. She was feeling extra sensitive forsure as we visited …. It is still really fresh for her as well. It was nice to be able to say whatever I wanted and explain my feelings forsure. DH has been good but only understands so much. I know what you mean on the “reaching for lower impact” moments. I have found myself doing that this summer a lot, due to my lower energy; As I had mentioned to you last week. Hence why I was asking about that Jessica series as well. The few workouts I have of hers I really like and love her energy/explanations in the workouts. Not annoying or cheer leader like at all. Well you have definitely become a professional in the moving dept. I bet you will have your house organized and pre-packed in no time.
Have a great evening ladies ~ Tami

Hi Ladies, tonight's workout was XT T&Bs w/u, ICE Boot Camp –Timesavers #7 Muscle Meltdown Shoulders X3, Stretch. I really had to talk myself into working out tonight. I managed to go heavier than Cathe during the 3 sets which felt great! I also decided to try doing the preacher curls with the EZ bar and I loved it! Yet another rainy day here!
Laurie, great job with ICE Chiseled Lower Body Blast!
It really is hard to motivate myself when I'm tired. I hope your MIL adjusts to her new surroundings. It will take time but hopefully, she'll be OK soon.
Laurel, another winning combo!
I'm sorry your trip to Hawaii had to be canceled. Hopefully next year you'll get that well-deserved trip.
Are you planning on renting at first like you did last time? Wow, you will get a lot of rain too. My experience in May in Blue Ridge was that it rained every day. Some days more than others. Cloudy weather is good for me as I can't be in the sun so it seems perfect for me.
I am also into the low impact cardio workouts. I think for me it started at the end of last year. My body prefers gentler workouts as I get older.
Tami, glad you were able to get your workouts in! Great job!!!
I'm sure you will miss your DH, especially at this time. You have Bernie to keep you company and to hug when you need a hug. I thought you would like those videos. I saw the guy with the 3 dogs on FaceBook last week and I loved how much he loves his dogs. I was glad when I found his video last night for you to watch.
We are really excited about our trip to GA next week. Over the weekend we'll be decided on which houses to see out of the 25 houses I've saved! LOL.
Tami, check out this wagon! Its sides drop so it would be easy for Bernie to step up onto the platform. You could buy him a nice, soft pillow or something. This one is not big enough for Bernie tho, but hopefully, you can find something similar.

Morning Ladies,
No workout after work, but I did get some weed pulling done. I want to get the gardens cleaned up of weeds before the leaves start to fall to much. I've been picking up walnuts also. I was such nice weather, but had to go inside when the mosquitoes started to attack. This morning I did Build & Burn Kettlebell Kicbox Fusion and ICE MM Chest. No I hadn't seen Tami's workout beforehand.
Laurel, Great job on all the workouts! Have to be happen when you nail the steps. I'm glad that I pulled out the ICE Leg workout, it is always an enjoyable leg workout. So I'm guessing that the area is in the more northern part of FL? I'm so glad that you convinced your DH to use professionals, it is a lot of work to move that distance. If the rental breaks down in some remote area, that would be terrible. Guess you can get rid of some winter items to charity for sure.
Tami, I swear that I didn't read you post until this morning, can't believe that we did the same workout. ICE Bootcamp is not on my schedule yet. Great job getting in a workout, and I hope that your spin class will be a good one. Will look forward to hearing how the oil works for Bernie. I really enjoy Jessica's workouts, she is just so nice. I love when she asks her mom if she is doing okay.
Thelma, Great job on the workout. Nice that you where able to up the weight again. Will the area you are head to be affected by the hurricane? They are saying that the rain is heading really far inland.
Have a great day!

Hi Ladies! Today’s workout was ICE Chiseled Lower Body Blast and the Blizzard Blast. Loved doing this workout again. And even though it has some cardio, I still added on my spin class which, today, was Cathe Live Spin Those Wheels.
Well, for having a pretty boring life, there are times......... . So erase everything I have said about moving to Florida because DH put in his notice at work yesterday.....and they offered him a promotion! And a paid moved to Huntsville, Alabama. He will be managing a development project on some of the electronic systems he has worked on up here. Suddenly, in a second, this crazy move to Alaska makes sense! I couldn’t possibly be happier right now about our situation. It eases my mind tremendously (especially the paid move part!), and I am just so happy for my DH who took a huge gamble (which I questioned, to put it mildly) moving up here and has made the most of it. I also think I will like the Huntsville area better than Florida because it has hills and seasons. The timing of the move will be the same, and we will probably head to Alabama in a couple of weeks to hunt for homes. So excited! Of course, DH has the tough call to make to his friend in Florida, but, no doubt, he will understand. He is that kind of guy.
Tami, great workouts! I am glad your BFF and you can share your experiences right now. I know exactly what you are saying about your DH being sympathetic but not quite understanding because that is exactly how mine was. Yay for the return of Friday spin!
Laurie, great workouts.....even if you did copy Tami. We had to pull our garden out this past weekend after a few nights of frost. Even covered they just didn’t handle those cold temperatures well. So we never got any tomatoes this year. But we have more than enough cucumbers to make up for it. Still feel like I need to be watering plants each night though! I am definitely off-loading some winter stuff even though we are now going to Alabama. DH, though, is going to be making some trips back up here so......he gets to hold on to his. Me....if there is snow, I will just stay home.
Thelma, glad you enjoyed your workout despite having to talk yourself into doing it again. And yay for going heavier! I will be so anxious to hear how your trip goes next week. We will be even closer to you now.....just a few hours away! I think we are going to try to buy in Alabama where we had decided to rent in Florida. Houses are more affordable in Alabama and, economically, without taking that hit of paying for the move (we were quoted $25,000 for it yesterday!), we will be in a much better place financially to buy again. But we’ll make that decision when we visit two weeks from now.
See you all tomorrow.

Hi Ladies ~ No workout this a.m. so tomorrow I will do my Lower Body Blast Leg workout, I was truly looking forward to it too darn it. Just hit the snooze for some extra zzzz’s (again). Tonight after work I will head to Spinning.
Thelma: Great job with your workout! Don’t you love it when you talk yourself into it and then you feel even better when it’s over. Thank you for the link to that wagon . . . that is so cute. I could just see me going down the road with that. Pulling him along. I really think if I bought one of the bike buggy’s like I saw on Amazon it would be a perfect scenario. I could get in an excellent workout and take Bernie with me. When we were at an area he could run freely I would let him out and then back in (to avoid any aches and pains or too far). LOL I would love find a used one just in case he doesn’t like it though. A flat wagon like the one in the picture I could see him bailing off of constantly.
Laurie: I love it when that happens and one or several of us do the exact same combo! Great minds think alike is often how Laurel says it so nicely! Way to go. Sounds like an enjoyable time out in the gardens . . . Fall is seriously right around the corner. This a.m. I was actually cold when I got up and wore a thin down vest to work this a.m. WHAT!?!?
Laurel: Love the combo you did! Way to work and the Spinning add-on is perfect. I know I have mentioned it before but Leg day is always nice to have Spinning follow or for me later that day. Hopefully next Wednesday I will GET UP. WOW! What a roller coaster of emotions you must be going through but I am thrilled to hear you are so happy about this brand “new” news! Congrats to your DH, that is wonderful. YAHOO, love it when things work out for the best. You will still get the opportunity to leave before winter there in AK right?
Have a great evening ladies, talk to you tomorrow Tami

Hi Ladies, tonight's workout was XT CBS w/u, Metabolic Total Body Basic #7 Muscle Meltdown Chest X4, Jessica Smith Hiit, stretch. I did all 4 sets with 15lb dumbbells. Cathe used 12 lbs
Laurie, great job with your workouts and with weeding!! I don't know if the hurricane will affect Blue Ridge but I'm sure they'll get some rain. It is raining pretty hard here tonight!
Laurel, great workouts! OMG, I can't believe you're moving to Alabama!!! So very happy for you! We'll definitely be closer now.
How wonderful that your DH was given a promotion and a paid move!!!!
Tami, your body needs rest. It's OK to have skipped the workout.
It really is great to talk oneself into working out. If you can get a bike buggy that would be a better workout for you. I saw some bike buggies last night online and they were very expensive. I hope you get something to take Bernie out for walks/rides.
A used buggy would be ideal for sure. I wonder if you can find something on eBay or Craig's list.
Good night ladies!!

Morning Ladies,
I stayed late after work yesterday and totally forgot to go out with my gf's. I didn't put the reminder in my phone. Oh well, I was seriously tired yesterday, had to rearrange a stockroom. You know when men complain about the amount of clothes/shoes that we have. Well men hoard at work! Seriously hoard stupid things, and they don't want to give them up. I was dirty, stinky and tired so it probably was for the best that I didn't hang out with the girls. This morning I tried out Cardio HiiT from Jessica's Strong 3, what a great workout. This is going to be in my rotation quite often. I followed that up with ICE MM Biceps, and was going to failure on the last round.
Laurel, Oh my work on the quick change of states to move to!!!! Awesome news, I'm so happy for the both of you. WOW on the price of that move, so glad to hear that the company will pay for the move. I'm guessing that your DH is doing a great job and they don't want to lose him. Great workout combos! Dang on the tomatoes, but having cucumbers is awesome. That is one of my favorite veggies. Hope that you find a great place to live in AL. I'm sure that you will have your veggies growing like crazy. Now all you have to watch out for are reptiles.
Tami, Dang on the workout, sometimes we just need that extra sleep. Hopefully your spin class was a good one. We are now in the 50's in the mornings, so we are in the take a sweater to work in the mornings and have bare arms walking out of the building afterward. I'm sure that I will have to do some clean up in the gardens in October, but I just wanted to get ahead of the game. Can't resist the outdoors right now. The only real problem are the wasps. When I was pulling some weeds, there where wasp walking on top of the ground. I've gotten bit so many times by ground wasps that I really don't enjoy it at all.
Thelma, Awesome job with the workout, and using heavier weight than Cathe. Upping those weights really makes a huge difference in those push-ups. I will cross my fingers that you have a fairly rain free vacation.
Have a great day!
Laurie0 -
Hi Ladies! Started my workout today with MM Biceps x4. Then, for cardio, I did another new-to-me Cathe Live workout called Blasts, Barre and Bands. I expected this workout to be split into 3 sections like the title, but it wasn’t. It was a circuit workout of five sets of about six exercises—three cardio moves, one compound move with light weight, a barre move and then upper body moves with bands and/or light weight. It was really good and surprisingly tough. And, even better, this will be a great travel workout because the weight used (5#) is not really necessary. So it can be done with a chair and a band. Love that! And later today I will finish my workout with the last mowing of the lawn for the season.....well, actually, forever for us!
Tami, glad you are still giving your body some extra rest when it needs it. Definitely love my leg and spin days! I keep staring at my spin cycle wondering how to get it into my car for the drive to Alabama. I think my DH may not think that wise. We are still expecting to leave here on Halloween, which should get us into Huntsville on November 9. We will definitely have to keep our eye on the weather because I expect the roads up here to be iced over when we leave, but am hoping nearer to central Canada they clear up. But, then again, I read they had snow in the mountains by Calgary last night so we will see. It could take us longer than those 10 days if the weather is too bad.
Thelma, great job with that chest workout! That is great with 15#!
Laurie, sounds like a nasty day at work yesterday! I can see where maybe it best you missed your get together with your friends. I think I would want a long, hot shower after that kind of day. And so true about men and hoarding. My DH is far more reluctant to get rid of things than me, always saying ‘I may need that one day’. But, of course, he would never be able to find it if he needed it! Yes, this company DH works for seems to really want to keep him. He doesn’t shy away from hard work, that’s for sure. Yes, I am thinking I will have to learn about a whole new set of bugs and creatures in Alabama. We had our share in Florida, no doubt, but I think central Alabama may beat it.
See you tomorrow!
Laurel0 -
Hi Ladies ~ Spinning was another fun class. She did “endurance” training style of ride and it was great. This a.m. was my leg workout I missed yesterday, Ice Lower Body. Planning on Chest tomorrow and then Bis/Tri’s Sat a.m. with a cardio to catch up with you all. Most likely tonight will be a short walk with Bernie.
Thelma: Fabulous job with your workouts and going up in weights! I always go a lot heavier than Cathe for these MM workouts; especially since it is more of a traditional workout for our rotation vs. an “add-on”. Thank you so much for your support with the extra sleep. I am truly trying to be gentle on myself about it. I might look on either of those. I mentioned it to a guy at Spinning last night since he has one and he said he would keep his eyes/ears open for me.
Laurie: Sounds like a long day at work! You are a hard worker. Funny about the guys being hoarders. I think my DH is the same way. His whole shop is for “what if I need another one of these” moments. LOL I know he thinks I hang onto shoes/purses and workout clothes though, so I try not to tease him too much. LOL Way to go with your JS #3 Cardio HiiT + Bi’s.
Laurel: Awesome combo on the workout! That Blasts, Barre and Bands sounds AMAZING!! Glad it can be a great travel workout as well. Yay on your last mowing of the season (aka: ever). Thank you as well for the kudos on my extra sleep, as I mentioned to Thelma, I am trying to be a little more gentle on myself. Mental + physical tireds are exhausting. That is going to be some drive. Will be good when you get out of the icy areas forsure.
Have a great night ladies! Tami

Hi Ladies, tonight's workout was a low impact Jessica Smith workout. I was really tired.
Laurie, OMG on the hoarding at work. We have one of those guys at work. Women hoard notebooks, stickies, and pens! I'm one of them!
At home, I'm definitely the hoarder. I am now a recovering hoarder with all the purging I'm been doing though! LOL
Great workouts! You're making me want to get those Jessica Smith workouts!
So far it looks like we will have good weather next Thursday. The forecast says 30% showers which is great for that area. 50% rain next Friday though. My rain jacket and umbrella will be packed!!
Laurel, awesome workouts! I love the sound of that Barre/bands workout! Congrats on having mowed that lawn for the last time!
Sorry about your tomatoes though! Just imagine what kind of tomatoes you'll have next year! I wonder if I'll be able to have a garden with all the wildlife we'll have around us.
So glad you're not moving till Halloween. At least you'll have more time to pack than just a few weeks! I hope you don't run into too many iced roads.
Tami, great job with those workouts! Allowing yourself the extra rest when needed will be really good for you. How is your sister doing?
I hope Bernie enjoyed his walk! I hope you're able to find a set of wheels for Bernie.
Good night ladies and have a wonderful weekend!!
Thelma0 -
Morning Ladies,
Another long day at work, but getting so much done to improve the stockrooms around here. This morning was GHUTV Kickboxing Cardio 3 and ICE MM Triceps. We have our annual fall car show this weekend, it is really close to our house so I don't need to travel far. Should be a fun time.
Laurel, Love the sound of that workout, and great job on the MM workout also. Nice that you are finding some workouts that you can use when traveling too. I'm so glad to hear that my DH and all the guys here are normal. I'm only hoarding crafty things at home. I don't have toys from my childhood, like someone who will remain unnamed. Cough Cough DH! LOL about the bugs and creatures, that would be a challenge for me to handle. We only have four legged creatures to deal with.
Tami, Great job on the workout, hope that you are able to get all caught up. Nice that you had a good spin class also. Just have to say that I smile when I see that pic of Bernie, that is so cute. We have to do some de-cluttering this winter. Those faire clothes need to have something done with them. We don't need all the leftover fabric etc.
Thelma, Nice job on the workout, it's what worked for you. Those JS workout are good ones, I was surprised at the intensity of the workout, she usually doesn't go higher impact. Of course her mom is always doing the low impact option. Yep pack that rain coat, it will not rain if you do that.
Have a great weekend,
Laurie0
