As often as possible in every way possible! I love peanut butter! Crunchy, smooth, with honey, etc. It's all fantastic!0

I use pb2...it is great with only 45 cal/ 5 g fat per 2T. It is powder but can be diluted with water to make a spread...great on apples for a snack or stirred into frozen yogurt! Great find!0

I eat 10g of peanut butter on a slice of toast, which is 50-60 calories depending on the brand
sometimes i will have one and sometimes i'll have two0 -
I eat half a serving of peanut butter. Usually on an English muffin. It is delicious! I stick with the real stuff. The less sugar kind is really disgusting.0

I don't buy PB anymore, I have NO self control if it's in the house lol! x
^ what she said! My favorite way to eat it was right put of the jar:( an I couldn't just stop at 1 serving! I tried switching to almond butter, but I guess the gooey texture is what gets me...I eat way too much of that too! but I'm not ready to give up peanut butter products yet... Trying PB2 next! Hopefully I can gain some self control since its powder...0 -
I LOVE peanut butter and have it most days on toast for either lunch or breakfast. I just have 1 tablespoon though (15g approx) and thats 90cals! A little is enough to curb the cravings!
I do this too! Love PB, but not to the point where I can't trust myself with it, like NUTELLA. :blushing:0 -
Ladies, would you mind sharing what brand of peanut butter you're eating? I have Jiff, grew up on it, and of course, it is the preferred peanut butter in the household! But if there's a better alternative, I will get that for me, next time.
I love smuckers natural... The crunchy kind! It's so think and gooey and delicious! I switched to it from jiff and didn't like it too much, but then I got use to it and now have to ban it from the house:( its also made me kind of disgusted with the thought of more processed peanut butter...0 -
I can only eat it at work (my son is VERY allergic so I dont have any at home). So I buy the small cups of it (JIF to go) and put it on whole wheat toast for breakfast.
I LOVE PB --- but because of my sons allergies I am not tempted at all when at home because its simply not there.0 -
I eat peanut butter and miracle whip sandwiches every day. It is my favorite sandwich, so I make sure it fits in my food for the day.
ok are you forreal because i totally used to eat peanut butter and miracle whip sandwiches as a child-and i'm always curious as to what it would taste like if i try it again.0 -
Straight out of the jar...Often with my finger..:-P
Me too!!0 -
Peanut butter though a high caloric value is an great source of energy. The BEST way to tend to your need is to have your peanut butter before or after your workout. You will satisfy your craving while burning the fast energy off and using it to your benefit!

With a spoon.. nutella.. and or fluff.0

I have a tablespoon and a handful of carrot or celery batons - arrange it all pretty like a flower in a bowl or on a plate. Usually I'm full before I can even finish all of my celery. Otherwise, yeah, I have no control with peanut butter - I could eat a jar in one day. I try to buy the plainest all-natural stuff I can as opposed to the stuff that's extra-tasty (like honey-roast chunky pb - dangerously good).0

With a giant spoon
lol, me too0 -
They publix manager will usually find me on my knees in the middle of an isle eating it out of the jar like a dog. And if he comes too close, I'll growl and bite.0

My very very favorite way to eat peanut butter is to mix 1 tablespoon of peanut butter in 1 cup of plain greek yogurt with 1 tablespoon of honey. Holy YUM! It is my FAVORITE dessert. I will take that over chocolate fudge any day! Seriously. Try it. It's delicious.
