I walked 5+ miles this morning!0

It's a little thing but while I was doing weights at the gym this morning, a trainer (whom I don't know) walked past and mentioned that I had good form. It made me smile and keep going.0

I had a couple! I drove past Panera which is a big big win for me! And I just did 11 minutes if martial arts! Oh yeah that's right chunky ole me did 11 minutes!!0

My small win was having a great 5k run today after being sidelined by a knee injury for 3 weeks. I rested an adequate amount (so hard for me to not push through an injury!) and am back out there without pain! This is especially good news because I have a marathon on Sept. 22nd and was upset about the injury -- I was starting to think the race wouldn't be possible. But my knee is well and I'm going to take it easy until race day. I may run the marathon slower than I had hoped but I'm going to be able to do it!0

I made some bad food choices today BUT I spent over 2 and a quarter hours walking 6 different dogs at quite a pace so I still win. Tomorrow will be three and a half hours, seven dogs. Still winning0

I came on here and logged my food so far for the day. I have been hiding from MFP for about 3 months now. The scale screamed at me this morning.

I dared to try on my size 10 jeans this morning. I had lost 30 pounds and then put 20 back on after I graduated and made a big move across the country. But I'm back on track and 20 pounds down. But today I just wanted to fit into those 10's0

I had a business lunch today. I scoped out the menu ahead of time, picked my healthy meal, and stuck to it! I am not swayed by the yummy (and fat laden) specials! I am not tempted that the rest of the table ordered pasta and burgers!
It's the little victories that will get me to my goal.0 -

I didn't have to stop as often in body pump .0

Today I ran faster and for longer than I ever have.... there for burning cals faster in a shorter work out!!!0

Instead of just working out at home like normal, I actually went to the gym for the first time ever.0

I completed my workout, and well on the way to meeting my calorie goal. Super happy.0

Today I dragged my happy *kitten* to the gym kicking and screaming the whole way. I had the worst workout I've had so far, and had to reduce what I usually do, I felt so tired and beat up and sore, but I still got through it and did SOMETHING.0

I wanted to skip walking because it was so humid out and I had a late meeting at work, but I called a friend and we walked for almost an hour!0

I complete JM30DS L1D1 then walked on the elliptical for 30 mins. I hadn't worked out since Friday...dang holiday0

I didn't want to work out. I mean I really really really did NOT want to work out. BUT...I did anyway. I did JM 30DS. I like that it is short for days like today.0

I haven't been on here or followed my MFP plan for a long time. Today, I logged in, went for a walk/run, with some wall pushouts and stayed under my calorie goal!!! YAY!0

Being under my calorie goal today. It has been almost 2 1/2 weeks since I have logged (vacation followed by work travel, followed by not feeling like bothering over the long weekend). I am glad to be back and doing my body good.0

Not eating my kids' leftovers after they were done at dinner! And, also sitting next to my husband with a low-calorie fruit pop while he ate Rocky Road right out of the carton. Hopefully he will hop on this wagon someday!0
