    So I didn't tell you guys the funniest part of my morning workout. Since it snowed, I didn't put my dog outside, and she watched me workout for the first time. She added to the experience, but not necessarily in a helpful way. For the first ten minutes, she just tried to get me to play with her, as she saw no other reason for the activity that I was doing. After that, she gave up and decided that she wanted to lay at my feet. Well, she kind of overlapped on the Wii balance board, so that was also less than helpful! Anyway, she was really cute and made me smile. Hope all are having a great day!

    So like it or not, here I am for my weekly weigh in! I keep telling myself this is a lifestyle change and that I didn't gain the weight overnight, however right now I would like it taken off overnight :) Oh well, I suppose this is character building and looking at all of your weight loss progress is very inspiring. In light of my goals, I have added water to my meals, and made it to the pool twice....nothing like swimming for cardio and my calves are still pretty tight so that is encouraging. My goal for this week is to make it to body boot camp at the gym on Tues and Thurs with a coworker (trust me, my gym hasn't seen me in 4 months so this really is a worthy goal).

    So I'm sick right now:sad: , I woke up really late today and I didn't get chance to weigh myself so I will post tomorrow but I'm pretty sure I didn't lose anything because this week didn't start out well and didn't get much better. I'll be better next week :happy:

    Good morning ladies, I still feel like crap but I did get up and get the workout in. I completed 2 1/2 miles of the Leslie Sansone dvd for a total of 30 minutes. I wanted to take a minute to log in but now its back to bed for some well needed R & R.

    Congratulations are in order for all the ladies who are eating healthy, getting their workouts in and losing weight. Every pound counts and before you know it we will all have met our weight loss goal. Keep up the great work ladies.

    Found this in someone else's post, and it was interesting. If anyone is cooking for one, there is also a free downloadable Shop once, eat for a week link on it also. I actually thought it was good to look at even though I cook for two or more, I could adapt some of the ideas on it.

    Good morning ladies, while my cramps have subsided this cold doesn't appear to be playing fair. Today my throat has started to hurt along w/the sneezing, sniffling, running nose, headache, body aches. I have been able to get some well needed rest and once I'm done posting it's back to bed again. Despite how I felt I was able to pull myself out of bed and put on my workout clothes and get the workout in. I did 2 1/2 miles of the Leslie Sansone dvd for a total of 30 minutes.

    Good Morning All, like Chocolickkyss I have a cold too! I've lost my voice, hopefully I'll find it soon. I took a few days off and focused on getting better. But I don't want to be away for too long because I know I'll fall right back into bad eating habits. Sorry I didn't post Friday or Saturday like I said I would. I was just really tired. I didn't lose any weight this week but it was a bad one to begin with anyway. Next week will be better!

    So I must say that this weekend ROCKED IT!!!!! And I did not count my cal's at ALL...
    Defiantly drank WAY too much, but had a great time w/ family & friends..
    my plan is to get right back into it & finish packing for our cruise. We leave friday afternoon!!!!

    I am NOT having a good day. THe scale is starting to move the wrong direction. I need to stop this before it gets to far out of hand.I need to work on my eating habbits I know that is my biggest weakness

    My workout is complete for today. Since it wasn't freezing outside I decided to walk/jog around the local park. My hat goes off to all you joggers/runners b/c it's really not my cup of tea. The wind was knocking me all in my face and at times a bit difficult for me to get a nice steady breathing pace b/c I could feel the wind in my throat. Anyway, I did that for 45 minutes and totally unsure how many miles that was but in all honesty I could care less. I exercised and felt like I gave it a good effort

    Didn't post on Friday but was up a pound. Can't seem to get back on track. I am so hungry all the time right now. I don't know if it is the cold weather or winter blues or what. Plus, today two of my kids are home with the stomach flu and I was up half the night with my little one. I need some warmer weather!!!
