Let me guess, the OP is totally not a trainer who conveniently shows up during January to have hordes of people flock to him for his clean eating miracle out of ignorant desperation.

This response would hold more weight if you put up your abs pic. *waggles eyebrows*

    But yea, what he said!

I like beer after a workout. I mean, I REALLY like beer after a workout. I like beer in general. Can I put beer in my bottle cage on the bike? Challenge accepted!

You can put beer in the bottle cage on a bike.

    And that's a proven FACT.

    Science, yo!

You are what you eat! Sorry just venting a little lol.

I was wondering why I had turned into a vivid green stick of broccoli which smells vaguely of cheese, NOW I know.
    THANK YOU :)

The people on weight watchers that eat a blizzard that takes their enitre days worth of points will still see results, however their body is lacking nutrients. Feeding it crap after a workout in my mind is counter productive. It needs good fuel to repair, and if your putting that effort in, it just doesn't seem worth it to me.

That said, I'm not against having McDonalds or something occassionaly, just not right after a workout.

How many times have you seen people go to the gym and work their *kitten* off... only to stop at Wendy's or Mcdonald's after their workouts. Come on people, your body wants clean food! Or how many times have you heard "I'm not seeing any results" I ask what they had to eat for lunch and they say "I had to run to Arbys because I didn't bring my lunch."

You are what you eat! Sorry just venting a little lol.

Nothing wrong with a chili and a baked potato (Wendy's)
Nothing wrong with a McD salad

Arby's is one of the worst sodium-wise... but I know where you are coming from.

LOL. Yes. Having abs makes one an expert at all things nutrition and fitness related.

Im not saying im an expert. BUT, when you go from 16% bodyfat to a lean 6.5% i think its safe to say i know a thing or two about it...

I'd like to call your attention this thread, where you basically DID claim to be an expert.

Also, insulting one of the most beloved people on this site will make you enemies in a HURRY.

What you are doing will not hurt your results - whether they are necessary for others if a very different matter.

I posted these before, but you chose to ignore, so will post again.
