I am proud that I'm not afraid of food anymore. I have been on a journey of eating without fear. Thank God its working.0 -
I went power walking & doing some push-ups and other exercises first thing this morning for over an hour, on top of that I mowed my front and side lawns (well...let's say manicured them to the maximum) today and WHEW did I get some major vitamin D and serious fat crying session--my face was the color of tomatoes for an hour afterwards and I just got back from doing some more power walking! I'm pretty proud of that--WOOT!0

I am proud today I ate a very healthy breakfast at a restaurant by looking online (before we left to go grocery shopping) to see who had the best meal for me to fit my needs. Now if I could get up and exercise a little I would be even prouder AH! I am so lazy0

Today, I wore my workout sleeveless top & black legging pants....OUTSIDE! Now this may not be a big deal to some, but it's HUGE to me because:
1.) I can fit them again
2.) I wasn't afraid/ashamed
3.) I worked out like a soldier this morning in them
4.) my hubby said I'm looking good!!!!!
WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOT~~~~~~~~~~~!!!!!!!!!~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~:drinker:0 -
I'm proud of myself for logging everyday. I technically missed a day bc I didn't log on till midnight BUT I still consider it everyday : )0

You are beautiful! That pic should have gone up a long time ago. Glad to see your pretty smile! :happy:0
-
I had a nice workout in the morning. Then I enjoyed multigrain bagel with cream cheese from Starbucks.0
-
I haven't said anything negative about myself .....yet0

I have ignored the forums for months and today I came back and have not been banned yet...0

Proud that I didn't grab that chocolate chip cookie at the checkout stand while buying my salad.. instead I grabbed a cup and put some crab meat and cucumbers to eat along with my ceasar salad!! :happy:0
-
that I stuck it out for 5 weeks while I plateaued and did not once break my healthy food choices!! I kept reminding myself that regardless of weight loss, this is a lifestyle choice, not a "lose weight and you can eat junk again"!0
-
Today I went for a morning walk (1 hour) and another walk during my lunch break (1 hour). I already have 15,000 steps recorded (via BodyMedia) for the day!0
-
I lost 2 pounds this week...finally seeing the blasted scale move--so GLAD about that!0

I am proud that I have developed a taste for all sorts of different vegetables and fruits that I did not have a year ago. A year ago, broccoli and brussels sprouts would have disgusted me - now I love them and eat them with vigor! It takes a long time for things to become a habit, but once they do, especially healthy things, you come to really appreciate them.
I am also proud of the almost 20 pounds that I have lost since January.0 -
I am pleased with myself that in spite of a busy week at work, with very long drive times to appointments and then the return trip home, getting home very late, etc...I still made myself (I really did have to work hard to talk myself into going) go to the gym and get in really good workouts every other day over the course of the week.
I like to workout more than that, but it was a job just making every other day work, so I'm proud I stayed with it.
Great job sticking to your plan and not caving in to pressure! I know how difficult that can be.0 -
I like this question! I was going to ask this on my facebook yesterday.
Well, its not weight related, but I'm proud of being able to use a relaxation exercise to avert my moodiness and to help me focus on my homework. I'm proud of myself to get my lazy butt out of these four walls. I did good! Good job, me =]0 -
I am proud I say what I mean and mean what I say and stand behind it 100% I am proud I know who I am and what I am capable of and do not let others make me 2nd guess myself to fit what they think I should be or what they think I should think and say. I am proud of myself for being a wolf and not a sheep among the herds.0

I am proud that even though I had a really rotten night last night (had a few drinks and gorged out on crackers, cream cheese and dips), I recorded it all and counted all the calories. I really want to do this but I won't give up having a fun night every now and then. That is part of life and good times with family and friends is a must.
I'll work it off this week!0 -
I'm proud that I stood up for myself when someone treated me as if I were an idiot!
That felt amazing!0 -
proud that I went for a run this morning- 8.7 km.
happy that I did not have much of an appetite and did not overeat like I have been the last few days.0 -
I am so proud that I completed my first Warrior Dash 2013 in Georgia this weekend....Never thought I would see the day of paying to do an outdoor activity of difficulty...I thoroughly enjoyed it did great...Felt so accomplished and still do....Love this place...had it not been for one of my MFP pals to ask for volunteers it would've happened..0

Something happened last week that made me question whether or not I wanted to keep doing this. So I decided to take a break. Even though I wasn't logging, I still kept working out and attempting to eat right. Apparently I do want to keep doing this so I started logging again today.0

Just got back from bowling with the gang a little while ago and WHEW and WOOOO...I haven't been bowling in over a year, and y'all, I was doing it to the maximum. I KNOW my body is going to feel it big time tomorrow for sure. We had sooo much fun and I was actually sweating up a storm. Now, when I bowl, honey, it looks like a pro or something--my hubby said at one point, he though I would start break dancing---hahahahahha. Anyhoo, I miss bowling and maybe I'll join the summer league again, because the exercise was tremendous! Also...I did 9,645 steps today--, I'm proud that I haven't lost the ole touch and did pretty good tonight--WOOT!0
