    Attempted to do my push-ups today, but my arms were still sore and tired from the Tuesday workout. I did the first set and half the second, so I'm going to hold off on today's and attempt tomorrow.

    After I read all, or most of the posts for the challenge, I hope that I am logging this correctly.

    Completed the Initial Test (exhaustion test) tonight-

    39 Situps completed and I will be starting with Week 3 workout. Please correct me if I'm confused.

    Completed the sit up challenge week three column three day one!! (yesterday) Met all the minimums down the line and did 47 for the 5h set. Later at bootcamp oh joy of joys we focused on abs. My abs are killing right now, a good kind of agony, you know: fear leaving my body!!! Yikes!!!

    GREAT JOB EVERYONE!!! I'll be checking in Tuesday because it's my anniversary weekend and the hubby is taking me away, no idea where yet but we won't be back till Mon. night Tues. morning, I'll do my next reps Tuesday and be just a lil off for this week! Keep up the good work :)

    I am absolutely loving this challenge. I do not know it anyone else feels like the sensation of wearing a tight girdle. But that is what it feels like for me and it is excellent! I am chomping at the bit to get my rest days over with. I think I may even add the pushups, we will see!!!:smile:

    was a little hard today.. i also finished doing ab sculpt hip hop abs right before this so maybe they were just being lazy lol. started push-ups today.. but i do have to admit since i broke my ankle it hurts to do the normal ones so i have to do the bent knee ones.. will log them shortly......

    Great great job everyone. Very nice that everyone kept it up! I'll be back on today starting my week 6. My days are a little off this week but I'll probably do day 1 today day 2 tomorrow and day 3
