Attempted to do my push-ups today, but my arms were still sore and tired from the Tuesday workout. I did the first set and half the second, so I'm going to hold off on today's and attempt tomorrow.0 -
After I read all, or most of the posts for the challenge, I hope that I am logging this correctly.
Completed the Initial Test (exhaustion test) tonight-
39 Situps completed and I will be starting with Week 3 workout. Please correct me if I'm confused.

Completed the sit up challenge week three column three day one!! (yesterday) Met all the minimums down the line and did 47 for the 5h set. Later at bootcamp oh joy of joys we focused on abs. My abs are killing right now, a good kind of agony, you know: fear leaving my body!!! Yikes!!!0

I am absolutely loving this challenge. I do not know it anyone else feels like the sensation of wearing a tight girdle. But that is what it feels like for me and it is excellent! I am chomping at the bit to get my rest days over with. I think I may even add the pushups, we will see!!!0

Great great job everyone. Very nice that everyone kept it up! I'll be back on today starting my week 6. My days are a little off this week but I'll probably do day 1 today day 2 tomorrow and day 30
