    Because nerds are sex-ay. And I like a guy who knows how to use a good sized...uh... Sense of humor. Size isn't all that matters but it takes a too long to get to england in a rowboat.

    I understand why there are hot girls with ugly guys. The question remains, why are there almost no hot guys with ugly girls? Hmmmm?

    In a nutshell it goes like this: The majority of men have good taste in women, while the vast majority of attractive women have bad taste in men. This is why for approx. 50 couples you see out in public, where the woman is above average looking and the guy is somewhere between butFugly/old and average you might see only one couple where the woman looks rather unattractive and the guy looks like he belongs in hollywood. I am thinking that most peeps have heard the saying: ProsTITution is the oldest known profession? I have been single and dateless for a bad many years as I am quite attractive BUT do not hail from even a middle of the road income family. I just wont lower my standards and go for the 200lbs + women and or the super old women that I seem to be a magnet for. So for the hoards of FEEmales that use your looks as leverage to land the richest guy you can find, just remember that you are nothing special and you will blow away like dust in the wind. At m0st the women out on the corners are direct about their escorting ways...

    It goes back to looks, brains, personality, and money most of the time....What one person finds "hot" is not what others may find "hot' Some women like money more than looks...some women like good personality more than money. It's all in what a person finds attractive. Have more of them and your batting average goes up.. :)

    He's not ugly (but he could do with losing the facial hair!). I really hate the way that society judges people by their looks and puts greater importance on looks than any other quality. Yes, it is nice to look good but I think it is far more important to be a decent person. Looks fade, a good character grows stronger.

    This is a myth: all the women I know, including me, go out with nice men.

    Re: the OP, I would be interested to hear which celebrities he thinks are "hot": I bet they wouldn't be the same people who are on my list. I think men and women have different ideas about what is attractive in a man.

    I've been running a dating advice site for about a dozen years. So between my own real-life experience, second hand accounts from friends and family, and what I've witnessed on that site, I've made a lot of observations.

    And while I absolutely hate to make sweeping generalizations... I will say that heterosexual men are the WORST judges of what women find attractive. :laugh:

    I couldn't agree more! How many times have you sat in a pub with a mixed group of friends and heard men shriek with laughter when girls start discussing they actors they actually fancy? I find Jack Black, Jamie Bell and Edward Norton extremely hot, but George Clooney, Tatum Channing and Brad Pitt do nothing at all for me.

    For some reason...no idea why (*cough* *Bruno* *cough*)...I think of Sacha Baron Cohen as hung like a donkey too. I'm guessing that was a stunt wiener tho. Regardless, he's damn sexy (tall, dark and handsome is my thing) AND unbelievably funny...SMART too (just heard an interview on NPR...wow!) what's not to like?

    Hate to say it, but most famous hot chicks with ugly dudes are insecure. They go and hook up with fugly guys that won't overshadow their career or their profile in pictures. Non-famous hot chicks who hook up with fugly dudes were either fat or nerdy in high school and don't know they could do better. My two cents.
