Did 30 minutes on the bike. 15 minutes walking with an incline on the treadmill, another 30 mins on the bike.

I couldn't really be bothered today.

If I decide to go to practice, it will be 2 hours of pole vaulting and maybe stopping at the gym on the way back to bike and swim

If not, I'm going to do a speed workout on the bike (10 min warm-up, 10 1-min hard 1 min- off, 10 30s hard 30s off, 20 min cool-down), do so leg curls and leg extensions, calf raises, pull ups, abs, then swim for 15-20 minutes... and to top it off...jacuzzi :)

I did 45 minutes of jogging in place, 10 minutes of stretching, 60 jumping jacks and 15 bench lifts.
  • 90 minutes/15 miles of light/moderate cycling. Between my intense weight training yesterday and having my arms stretched out so long during my ride, my triceps were so sore that I had to use both arms to lift the water bottle to my mouth. Hopefully my muscles adapt soon. :P
