Five hour-long musical rehearsal, complete with swing dancing!0

35 minutes of water jogging and then 15 minutes of swimming with the grandbaby...Then 30 minutes back to school shopping for my son...I think that was the hardest.0

30 minute concept 2 rower, 6706m, 6.1 mile outrigger canoe race.0

LOL, I feel that way every single time!
Today, mine was an 8 mile hilly run and chest, shoulders & triceps + ab ripper x0 -
10 min brisk walk to the gym, followed by 1 hour Zumba class and 10 min walk home. Might put on some pandora a do some dancing before bed0

21 mile road bike ride at 15 MPH avg.0

50 minutes of cardio and about 30 minutes of lifting0

Rowed a canoe for over 3 hours and walked half an hour with my family0

Did 10K walk/jog in 85 minutes..... took 6 minutes off my time from last Sunday for the same route! :happy:0

Hiked the Manitou Incline today. 1 mile up, 2000 ft elevation, 4123 steps. My thighs were on fire!
After that hiked 3 miles back down the mountain on a trail.0 -
50 mins on the stationary rowing machine.0
