my kids are at day camp this week, so instead of my normal walk in the evening, i have to walk half a mile to drop them off in the morning, and another half mile to pick them up in the afternoon.
That's a great walk. I walk a half mile every day at lunch when I am at work. I am starting back my C25K after giving my knees some time off. I did W6D1 today- barely. I am going to repeat it W6D1 in two days and then progress upward from there.0 -
60 minutes pilates then 30 minutes cardio. Saturday is my chill day but doing an early class gets me out of bed!0

5 minute warmup on the treadmill with an incline, followed by a 30 minute workout using a Cableflex (Google it) with 2 minute cardio intervals on the treadmill, and then 16 minutes of HIIT on the treadmill0

LOL, I feel that way every single time!
Today, mine was an 8 mile hilly run and chest, shoulders & triceps + ab ripper x0 -
10 min brisk walk to the gym, followed by 1 hour Zumba class and 10 min walk home. Might put on some pandora a do some dancing before bed0

21 mile road bike ride at 15 MPH avg.0

Rowed a canoe for over 3 hours and walked half an hour with my family0

Did 10K walk/jog in 85 minutes..... took 6 minutes off my time from last Sunday for the same route! :happy:0

Hiked the Manitou Incline today. 1 mile up, 2000 ft elevation, 4123 steps. My thighs were on fire!
After that hiked 3 miles back down the mountain on a trail.0 -
