    Zumba, then some fit ball exercises, then perhaps some Tiffany Rothe (although she has left me sore for 4 days now) or Pop Pilates instead. Not sure which one.... all I know is I need to work on my core some more.

    10 minutes dynamic stretching and warmup sets

    3x5 squat
    3x5 bench
    1x5 deadlift
    3x Failure Chin-ups

    About 15-20 mins of static stretching

    This morning was: 30 minutes on the stationary bike, 30 mins lower body weight training, 10 minutes battle ropes Tabata.....

    Tonight will be: 15 minutes boxing Tabata

    Oh I love weekends - double days!!

    swam for about 20 mins at my own slow pace, 20 mins at 3.0 mph on the treadmilll, and some pushups situps and squats to finish the night off .... finished week 1 of ripped in 30 yesterday, active rest day today and tomorrow, then starting week 2 monday!

    Ran 6 miles.
    It felt great! I don't know why but I had a ton of energy today :)

    Did my own mini-tri. Biked for 8 ran for 2.5 then swam half mile. The swim was the hardest!

    -12 minute mile
    -walked 2mph for 15 mins before, in between, after runs
    -walked 4mph for 5 mins
    -15 minutes of strength training, focused mainly on legs/abs
    -groomed/bathed my horse for about 15 minutes (but I only track 10 minutes to be more accurate)
    -rode my horse for around 35/40 minutes

    I'll probably do some sit ups and etc before I sleep, too, but I don't track any of that xD

    day 5 level 1 on the 30 day shred in the morning, and then a 20 minute walk twice around the block at a moderate to brisk pace, with my son in the stroller, after dinner. :)

    Wow! Does nobody else rest on the weekends? The gym is a weekday thing for me. I went to the community center pool with my daughter, did some Aqua Aerobics moves and tread water for at least an hour teaching her to swim in the deep end (she had a lifejacket on). We did the big water slide a few thousand times, and I was adequately tired and hungry after. Good enough for me on a hot Saturday!
