    boot camp class!
  • 2hr bike ride on 26miles of trails my city has. I think I went at it a bit too vigorously, though. It didn't seem all that hard to go 12-15mph through it but my heart rate was really high the whole time. I should have slowed down a bit and made it last for 3hrs.

I have been puttying and sanding walls and a ceiling. Painting with a roller and climbing up and down a ladder. I created an exercise called painting on MFP and gave it 300 calories, but really I have no idea how many calories I burn. All I know is after 4 hours of painting my back, arms, shoulders, and knees are totally worn out (hello ibupropin) and I am hungry! I'm expecting some buff arms and shoulders soon though! My right arm though will most likely be buffer.

I don't know exactly what this is, aside from yoga, but 90 minutes of it sounds like it would be!

Did 30 minutes on treadmill and walked around the house a bunch doing chores - at least, not sedentary.

Spent 6 hours on the lake ... throwing a frisbee and splashing around in the water for much of that I'm sure was something! I didn't "exercise" but I was active! =) ...

I think I need a second shower to get off all this sunscreen though! :|
