I really like PB!
I put 1 tbsp in my homemade 8oz protein shake.
I also put it on 2 slices of whole wheat bread.0 -
I eat it on bananas, with BACON!!! AWESOME!!! Best snack EVER!! 2tsp, pb + 1 banana + 1 slice of bacon = about 200 calories!

homemade! so I eliminate all the extra sugar and addivites and take it down to Just the plain nuts. it's really easy (google it), and way healthier... actually, homemade almond butter is even yummier and healthier than the peanut butter...
oh yeah, I slice a nice tart apple into wegdes and scoop it (sparingly) into the almond/peanut butter
this is MY FAVORITE FOOD!!:bigsmile:0 -

2 words... peanut butter fingers ...
is that 3 words?0 -
I don't eat alot of it because I LOVE it!! About once a week or 10 days, I'll have toast with a VERY thin layer of PB. Enought to get a taste and a little extra protein.
Oh yea, and the occasional finger dip! LOL0 -
I'm out of peanut butter. I had a craving for it this week. I have to get to the store.0

I lick it off my dog.0

De-core and apple and smoosh the PB right in. You get the apples & PB treat and really only can get 1 TBSP inside. Perfect treat!0

You should try making your own! Google it for a recipe, I can't remember amounts but you basically just throw peanuts and oil in a food processer and enjoy. I've been meaning to try that when I get around to cracking open all of the peanuts I have already (too lazy to go buy them de-shelled), but in the meantime I use Irresistibles Lifesmart 100% Peanuts, it's 90 cals a tbsp and is natural, crunchy and way better than any more processed PB i've had. I live in canada though, not sure if u have that brand in the US0
