    Legs and Core circuits:

    Legs (4 circuits of 10-12 reps with 30 secs rest between exercises):

    - barbell deadlift
    - barbell squat
    - barbelll sumo squat
    - jumping squats
    - weighted lunges

    Core (3 circuits... didn't quite make it through this one!)
    Plank (45 secs)
    Crunches (25)
    Plank (45 secs)
    SIde Raises (25 each side)
    Plank (45 secs)

    This is for Monday. It's after 1:30 here, so I don't know what day it's showing up as on MFP. Jackie Warner's routine A3 (chest, quads, tri's, core). In a few hours I'm getting up to do some Zumbaaaaa!

    Did 3 rounds of insanity before I got pregnant. But now I'm done doing Turbo Fire and Brazil butt lift. When I'm done I'll probably go back to insanity :)

    My exercise for the day will be hitting up the gym for a short warm up jog (approx 10 mins) and then hitting the weights for a chest and tricep session (approx 60 mins).

    Just trying to find the motivation and energy after a massive day at work! :yawn:

    a 10 minute run around a field, and then 54 minutes of speed walking :) Almost 3 miles, pretty close.

    Every muscle was aching today from my first gym session in 6 weeks yesterday .... so I did a quick 1km (8mins) walk and a 3km run (16mins)

    My exercise for the past week has been walking/shopping in the morning and then an hour on my exercise bike in the afternoon. I have a lot of work to do, phone calls to make, emails to send etc- so I can do all this from the comfort of my bike, whilst cycling. It's great!
