Did a 4 mile run/walk on my lunch break. Contemplating working out again when I get home from work.
  • Running...YEAH!!!!
  • I have a lovely, hilly, woods trail behind my house that my dog and I run every morning before work- about 1.5 km - the down side is the bear I almost ran into yesterday. :noway:

yoga - 60 minutes. now I'm tired, but all relaxed and happy. ahhhhhh :D
  • Did an hour in the gym with mixed strength and cardio, actually got on the treadmill for the first time in years as I want to get back into running. Then did an hour on the wii fit tonight with the intention of freeing up calories for frozen yogurt but I wasn't hungry when I had finished!

  • 15 mile cycle (work commute with a little extra added to cycle to the pool) then 45 minutes swim. Problem is now I'm so wired I can't go to bed, even though I have to get up at 5am tomorrow!

So far: lifting a spoon. It's a cheat day/day off, for me. I am, however, going now to do some housecleaning.
