Same thing every work day: 2 slices of Premiere Moisson's sprouted grain bread, 3 scrambled egg white, 1 tbsp of "P'tit crémeux Boivin" (it's like an high class cheez whiz that we have here in Quebec) and hot sauce. I eat this sandwich at least 5 times a week.

On week-ends, I try to eat funny stuff. Tomorrow will be half a Montreal's bagel (more dense and less sugared then the New York's one) with Liberté cream cheese (reduced in fat) + 50g of smoked salmon (with capers and red onions, of course). Sunday, I'll probably make the cottage cheese and lemon pancakes that Tosca Reno put in her latest cookbook.
  • I had...
    1 cup Malt-O-Meal Tootie Fruities
    1/4 cup 1% milk
2 pieces of Pepperage Farm Cinnamon Rasin Swirl toast w/peanut butter
3 servings of Crystal Light Raspberry Lemonade

Delicious smoothie with chocolate milk, frozen banana, vanilla protein powder, and shredded coconut.
  • my friends mom works for weight watchers, she says that it doesnt have to do with the CALORIES you eat as much as it does the Protein and such... for example, 2 eggs is good, but what about scrambling 2 eggs, putting some low fat feta on it, and eating it in a whole wheat torilla shell with onions... it way more than just the 200 calories, but it'll keep you fuller longer, and has so much protein and everything... since i found this out i lost weight wayy faster bc i no longer think about "calories" as i do what those calories are.
