i want to celebrate the small wins we do everyday because everything we do adds to oru success...
today, i was craving something/anything from the vending machine.. but i ate an apple instead... it was so depressing lol but now (2 hours later) i'm feeling really good

Today i was at the gym i almost tripped over this dumbbell someone forgot to put away i almost ended up hurting my self because of it i guess this in it self is a small win for not getting injured?lol0

I went and worked out for 40 min even though I almost talked myself out of it.0

Yours is great... avoiding temptation is one of THE major challenges, so way to go! : )
My small win is that I was really unmotivated to exercise. Was going to not bother and then a little voice told me to get to the pool. I ended up doing more than I normally do and feel great! : )0 -
Ate out and declined pudding!0

Well.. I started binging and was able to stop myself and drank a TON of water.0

I didn't go to gym. I didn't study. I got drunk. And I ate an entire pizza.
There was no win to be had. But it felt great.0 -
I've lost 1cm off my horrible thighs. Best cm ever!0

I went for coffee with a friend and only had green tea....not the banana bread I really wanted....and I walked into town even though it looked liked rain (which it did!) instead of driving! Yeeehaa!0

Instead debating with myself about running at lunch when I really didn't want go run, I just put my shoes on and went. It wasn't a great run by any means, but it was better than sitting at my desk thinking about it.0

Got my bike back from a tune up and rather than wait until tomorrow I went out for a run at night. With lots of lights on!! Never done a night ride before and it was quite fun0

I went to the gym even though i was not feeling it and last3d at leaswt 30 min.. juswt wasnt on top of my game today0

Was playing frisbee with a child at work, crouched down and realised that i actually had muscles in my thighs!!0

I fit a 45min workout in with an incredibly hectic day and many distractions but I did it!0
