Tonight will be 30DS.
I only do it on Tuesdays and Thursdays so I can mix in Zumba and Pilates without overdoing it.0 -
I rode my bike to work and will ride it home (about 7 miles round trip). I took a walk break this morning and another one at lunch (about 30 minutes combined or 1.7 miles). I am meeting with a run group tonight. We will run 4-6 miles.0

The pup and I took a nice pre-dawn walk, and today after work I'm doing W8D2 of C25K. Yippee, race on Saturday!0

Today was jogging, a very leisure bike ride with my mom and cooking. I only log cooking when it's not for me - I make desserts and home-cooked vegetarian meals for money, and it's log-able, so I figured why not...0

Couch to 5K Week 1 Day 3, 15 minutes on the Eliptical; Tomorrow 60 minutes of kettlebell/crossfit 60 minutes of yoga. Took it easy today.

This morning I did Zumba Flat Abs (20 mins) followed by Zumba Sculpt (with weights) for 45 mins
What can I say.. I love Zumba I feel like its a total workout with both cardio and strength training0
