Sounds awesome! My general goal is to do 60 min a day (420 min), but I have been busy and stressed, so I scaled down to just moving it daily...Let's see if I can remember last week:
Monday: Walk 50 min
Tuesday: Walk 60 min
Wednesday: Yoga Pilates Fusion 40 min
Thursday: Lap Dance and Hip Hop 50 min
Friday: Pilates Cardio Burn 40 min
Saturday: Boxing and Tai Chi 65 min
Sunday: Pilates 37 min
