HIIT sprints with tricep dip breaks and upper body weight workout - isolation curl and tricep extension (superset), bench press and hammer curl (superset), fly and squat,curl and shoulder press (superset), press ups (as many as poss in 1 min) and ab roll outs (as many as poss in 2 mins)0

I didn't get a chance to post last night. I chased after my friend's 9 yr old, who was supposed to be walking their dog with me, for 25 minutes. Wasn't dressed for running, but it worked.0
