Between pic #2 and #3 was heavy lifting plus a calorie surplus. #3 and #4 was heavy lifting plus maintenance.

2012 about 8 weeks into lifting
2012 Started eating lot better and more
2012 recent gave up on great 6 pack until next summer (all about lifting heavy and eating enough to gain)

I have more pics on my profile too. This was only 2 months into lifting. I'm due to take the next set of photos this weekend. All I can say is; IT WORKS. Diet plays a HUGE role in your progress - and then gym/rest play the rest.0 -
