    Yesterday was NROLFW Stage 2, Workout B1, tonight I'll do C25K
  • Calisthenics Development: 3 Rounds for time
    20 incline push
    10 helicopter pull ups
    20 decline push
    10 helicopter pull ups
    20 narrow grip push
    10 helicopter pull ups

    Then:
    10 min EMOM
    Clean and Jerk @ 85%

    Then:
    3 rounds for time:
    20 Power Clean 135#
    25 Toes to Bar
    Rest :60

    Ran: 10 mile LSD
  • 1/2 hour of Cybex Elliptical:ohwell:
  • Insanity Asylum Volume 1 : Vertical Plyometrics.

    I did a combination of yoga/pilates this morning for an hour. Tonight I'm going to an Arms & Abs class at my gym!(:

    I have to do my strength/weights and I am going to TRY Zumba later since i missed my cardio class Monday and today.

    Morning: 1hr Bootcamp (=325 pushups, 650 heels to heaven, 325 in/outs, 25 sprints)
    Noon: Ran 3 miles at lunch
    Night: Starting a new squat challenge tonight and need to make up for the first 5 days so....150 squats.

    I feel sorry for your butt! :bigsmile: I did 100 for the "special workout" after stage 1 of New Rules of Lifting, and my butt was hurtin' for 3 days. I only stopped because I was bored.

    last night it was crunches, push ups, back circuit, stretching, then two hours of indoor volleyball for a heart-rate-monitor-confirmed 2100 plus calorie burn.
