  • Just thought I'd update, today was day 4...30 minutes on the bike, very vigorously! They've all been great, yesterday felt like I just had some extra stamina and so I just killed it! Today I've been feeling funky all day, like my BS has been messed up, got on my bike for 30 minutes and feel a million times better!!

    Keep up the great work everyone!! MOVE IT!! :bigsmile:
