I've gained 4lb after eating what I wanted and not exercising for the past week.! Really annoyed at myself, but it's my own fault for dragging out the christmas excuse. Back on the wagon today though!
Thank goodness it's not just me. Having read a few of the posts on this thread I was beginning to feel dreadfully weak and feeble. I put on about 4lb and will be working to drop it again over the next couple of weeks.
Still got New Year and some yummy food in the house to get through though!
Same here -- about 4 lbs =( Pretty sucky but I knew that I was eating way too much!0 -
I gained 6 pounds, but this is over the past month.
I started going back to the gym Wednesday.0 -
As of this morning I'm sitting at only 0.4 lbs up from Dec. 1. I did have food poisoning for about 24 hours on Christmas day though, for what it's worth. I am one of those people who always fluctuates up or down 4-8 lbs over the course of a week, but I'm in the same ballpark as the beginning of the month. No loss, but no real gain. I take that as a win for this time of year.0

I gained 3 pounds.... not sweating it... yet!0
-
since the beginning of the month I'm down a few pounds though.0

Gained 5lbs in 2 days, lost them in 2 days. I think it was water weight(:0

I actually lost a pound, took care to log everything every day and stayed under my calorie goals, remained accountable, worked out/exercised where possible...but most of all, I didn't sweat it either way I still indulged in treats, that's for sure (mm, cake)! But I did limit all of my portions. I also don't eat pork or beef and I don't drink, and my home Xmas party was completely vegetarian. As well, every party I went to I brought fruit for 'everyone' (read: me) and filled up on that instead. Don't worry, everyone! We all know it's not permanent and we are going to work hard0

Zero gain, lost 2 lbs....0

No gain or loss :-)0

I think I gained about 5lbs. Gotta love the socializing, family outing, people at jobs GIVING YOU gifts of chocolate, cookies, and all sorts of sweets. Bleh, oh well though. I just gotta get over it and move on.0
-
I had gained 2 also! But after getting back on track this week, and upping my water intake, those two are thankfully, gone!0

I lost about a pound but I didn't take a day off from eating healthy just because its a holiday. I'll always feel that its not a good excuse because you can have a holiday and still eat good, healthy food...or even treats in moderation.I also continued to work out.0

I ate boxes of choccies
crisps
coke
drank booze
only excercise was moving fire wood and lots and lots of sex...
I maintained Marvellous0 -
I've gained 1 lbs! Which is awesome despite eating way too much! I did work out christmas eve though, so that helped!0
-
2 pounds for me. I am working on it. Tommorow if the kids cookies are not gone they are going in the garbage. It is hard for me to see them in the kitchen.0

I gained about 7 pounds back over the last month, but I have been working out like a fiend (and eating a lot). I am going to cut back on my calories and lighten the exercise a bit after New Years and that should help me lose the weight and (hopefully) show off the work out results. Unfortunately I cannot lift/workout heavy and lose because I hold on to water AND get REALLY hungry. I have to kind of go back and forth to get to where I want to be. It's a heck of a lot easier for me to workout and eat more than eat less and lighten up the workload necessary for me to maintain or lose . Oh well...0
-
0, I didn't stop with it just because it was Christmas0
-
I've lost 2 lbs. I didn't enjoy any yummy Christmas goodies.0

About 3 pounds which I am confident I will lose fairly quickly once I'm strict again. Plus, might be some water weight.0

I lost 3 pounds. I ate whatever I wanted but within portions. I was too afraid to go overboard with me getting over the flu and all.
