    I had a medium apple and two tablespoons of chunky peanut butter, with a tall glass of water. 262 calories.

    3 of the egg quiche muffins (someone posted this recipe in this section, and i finally tried it out) *delicious


    (recipe off memory - 12 muffins)
    8 egg whites
    4 eggs
    1/2 tsp vegetable oil
    1/2 tsp baking powder
    pepper
    1/2 cup skim milk
    half green pepper
    half medium onion
    1 cup ham cubes
    1/2 cup broccoli
    1/2 cup light shredded cheese

    i think that's it.. yum!

    only 65 ish calories a muffin

    I had 3 eggs scrambled with 2 pieces of ham, 1/2 cup cottage cheese and yellow/orange/red peppers wrapped in a whole wheat tortilla. Cals = 500.

    Slice of Rosemary bread topped with 1 oz of double cream brie, and half a cup of raspberries. Lazy but yummy and 240 calories.

    Oatmeal with tbsp natural pb and hemp hearts with chopped up banana. 16oz coffee with 2 tbsp eggnog. Around 372 calories

    At 7a I have my Cranberry juice while driving to work, then around 8-8:30 a slice of toast with one hard boiled egg and two slices of turkey bacon.

    165 for the toast, egg, and bacon(35 for Healthy Life Wheat bread, 60 for Turkey Bacon, 70 for the egg)
    150 cal for the no sugar cranberry juice. I wish I could drink the diet cranberry cause it's lower in cals but I have a reaction to most artificial sweeteners so I just have to suck it up. They do have a Tropicana 50% less cals in the Orange Juice that doesnt have artificial sweeteners in it, it's good too.

    I started making a batch ahead of time so all I have to do is grab and go in the morning, they heat up pretty well.

    1/4 cup oats =75 cals
    1/2 scoop protein powder = 55 cals
    2 tbsp PB2 = 45 cals.
    1/2 cup raspberries = 45 cals

    220 cals...delicious!

    Scrambled eggs in a wrap with green beans and tobasco. If I don't have some substance with my breakfast I am starving an hour later.

    ~270 calories with a dried fruit bar afterwards

    I had quaker instant weight control oatmeal, banana bread flavor, a box of kroger seedless raisins, a 24 oz cup of water, and green tea 205 calories.

    I had a light english muffin toasted and split with 1/2 Tbsp of light mayo divided on each piece, topped with 1 slice of eating right turkey bacon in half on each piece, 2 hard boiled eggs halved and face down on top of that. Pretty much like and open faced sandwich. Plus a Strawberry greek light and fit yogart and a bottle of water.

    388 calories, 35g protein, 38g of carbs, and 8g of fiber :)
  • Vanilla whey protein powder (1 scoop) with 8 oz 2% milk with a dash of nutmeg and cinnamon. Yummy!

    3/4 of an apple sauteed in 1 tsp of coconut oil with 1 tbsp of raw, unsalted almond butter paired with a cup of unsweetened almond milk and 1 scoop of protein powder--270 cals and kept me satiated for 5 hours (a record for me).
