Pretty much the a same.... don't always measure green veggies either. More of a guesstimate I suppose. . Then again its more about getting a general idea than an exact figure to me. I'll she the exact science things your a tons when I need to fine things things.

I don't log black coffee (I log the stuff I put IN my coffee) or unsweetened tea. I don't use artificial sweetners.

I don't add most spices except those loaded with sodium (trying to keep that under control). For example, I don't log chili powder, but I would log taco seasoning.

I don't log iceburg lettuce. It's pointless to log it as it is pretty much the nutritional content of cardboard. I do log spring-mix salads because I like to see how I'm doing on the nutrient front since I don't take vitamins (and had never had a deficiency, so I'm not going to).

I don't keep track of my water. I know how much I drink because it is habit. I drink 50 ounces a day, plus other liquids like coffee and tea.

I weight or measure EVERYTHING I log. No guessing.

I don't log my work. I'm a manager for an Italian restaurant, And I'm on my feet for like 45 hours a week. I know I'm burning calories, but don't log them. Should I?

I'm a server at a high volume restaurant and on my feel 35 hours a week. I just got a fitbit and am SHOCKED at just how active I am. 20,000 steps on a busy night. I've upped my calories and am still on track. I say log some of it or change your profile settings to active/very active!

I read this 10 minutes ago and I'm still laughing. I had to come back and read it again.

I don't log green tea (I don't put it anything in it). I also usually forget to track my water but I drink a ton every day so I'm not really concerned about it.

I didn't know we were suppose to log spices . . . I don't log those either. And I season my cooking . . . didn't know they contained calories. I do log everything else however.

I have logged stevia, but sometimes I don't. I don't log pepper but I do log salt. I log all my alcohol, cream for my coffee, and stuff like that.

I skip most of the same stuff as you. I also get a little lazy, and if I have a bite of something, I'll just factor up on another item I'm logging to show the calories. For veggies, I might double up on one of the veggies so I don't have to log 5 or 6 different items that are 10 or 15 cals each. I just report like double portions of 3 things instead.

I pretty much log everything, except like a splash of milk in oatmeal, a dash of spice on a meal.
I don't consume alcohol very often, but next time I do, I doubt I'll log it.

even everything I do log though, a lot of it is guestimates. I don't actually weigh any of my foods, so I just overestimate it all.
