Sure can, dez - Although, I don't really use a recipe?
Into a bowl...
2 mangoes, julienned
1-2 med red peppers, julienned
1 red onion, sliced thinly
1/2 cup fresh cilantro
Dressing - combine all in a little jar and toss with the rest
1/2-1 Tbsp oil of choice (unflavoured or peanut if you like)
2 Tbsp lime juice
2 tsp fish sauce
1 tsp chili garlic sauce
Serves about 6 - 104 calories, 2g fat, 2g protein, 3g fiber.
Neither do I usually, but if I'd guessed I'd have come up with something close! LOL.

I actually do this on purpose. It keeps me from eating too big of portions, because I would just fill a bigger bowl up to the top too .
I still eat 2.5 portions of cheerios with that bowl haha1 -
