It's weird cause the last thread doesn't link to this one but here is what I posted on the last page:
I don't really have a desire to have a super flat tummy like some of the ladies here but to get my pre-preg body back. I have two children, with each pregnancy I gained 60+ lbs. Here are my results in under two months.. I went from a large size pants to a small (same brand/make) and I reduced my BF% from 31 to 25% (WOOO "Healthy Range")

    Before pregnancy:

    During pregnancy (23w):

I'm actually way smaller now than I was before

My progress from DEC to FEB and left to right the weights were 190, 182 and 172.

I have three babies, all girls, and they are six, three and one. The one year old was a ten pounder and boy was I stretched to the max.

bamshunny, you look great! Fast progress, too. You must be working hard .

And thanks, ladies, for the compliments! It's been a lot of work, but I've really enjoyed it so far  .

Goalpeace: My secret isn't much of one, thankfully! I haven't been cutting out any foods (in fact, I've eaten a chocolate chip cookie or two most days this week), just sticking to 1300 net calories per day, eating any exercise calories I want or am hungry for. (I'm only 5'0"). I try to make sure I get more protein than I used to, and I space it out throughout the day so that I'm not too hungry.

In terms of exercise, it's been Zumba roughly 3 times per week, weightlifting class once or twice a week, and running here and there when a class won't fit into the picture. I figure I should get all the exercise I can in while I'm still on maternity leave! Less than 3 months left before I'm back to work. I think that will be where the real challenge is, but I'm up to it!

    Day 70 (yesterday), 11lb difference

Last image is pretty crappy quality but improved muscle tone is definitely there.

It's almost been 12 weeks and people are already noticing the changes. I was encouraged today at my gym to become a fitness instructor.. so while the photos don't do me justice IMO, people are noticing.

You are looking SO good for a momma of 3! Keep up the excellent work! I also had a heavy second addition to the family so I can relate to the stretched to the max bit. Push on hun!

Wow!! The pictures here give me hope! My stomach is my main concern!
I am trying to get down to 180 by July/aug and right now I am at 219.8 (my profile pic was taken today) I have been at this for 6weeks. (Fell off for some months)
