    OMG girl! You look amazing! Congrats!! Just the inspiration I need today! Well done and defenitely something to be proud of!! I wish I would have taken before and after pics! I've lost 30lbs so far and find myself looking in the mirror and asking myself the same thing...how is it that I have lost 30lbs and still look the same! WAY TO GO!! Sending big hugs!! Congrats!! xx

    Thank you so much for your encouragement through an honest testimony. I want to look as good as you :) You are stunning and you look strong. That is my goal. I want to look strong. I have an idea of a number I'd like to see on the scale, I have an idea of the pant size I'd like to be, but when it boils down to it I want to look and feel strong. I've never felt that way but I am working towards it. This is the longest stretch of time I have ever gone practicing a consistent work out regimen and diet. It's slow moving but coming on this site and reading about other people's success stories has kept me trudging when I wanted to give up. Thanks so much and CHEEERS to your new self!

    Oh my gosh, you look amazing. And we have basically the same stats. I am 5'7" and started out at 200 lbs. My goal is to be 150 and I CAN'T WAIT to look like your "after" picture! Maybe by this time next year!!!!!!!!!

    How long did it take you? Any tips? Breakfast ideas? Thanks!
