    Week #2 goal is 400 minutes.

    Mon - 70 minutes (spinning / weights)
    Tues - 141 minutes (running/walking)
    Weds - Rest Day
    Thurs - 26 minutes (walk - then stared feeling sickly so ended my walk)
    Friday - Rest Day
    Sat - 45 minutes (self defense class)
    Sun - 217 minutes (half marathon prep run. got most of the distance covered 12.5 miles)

    WTD - 499 minutes
    Goal - 400 minutes.
    Yet to accomplish - 0 minutes (goal achieved) + 99 minutes

    So excited. Just joined my fitness pal and saw this and had to participate. So for the week of September 16th, my goal is 360 minutes. Starting JM Body Revolution tomorrow!

    Thur: 90 (swimming-freestyle, breaststroke & water jogging)

    Mon: 60 m: 45 minute HARD circuit training, 15 min stretching
    Tue: none (I could barely walk...sad but true!)
    Wed: 30 m dancing
    Thur: none
    Fri: 100 m: 45 minute elliptical, 15 min stretching; 40 minute walk
    Sat: a little dancing at the wedding I went to, but nothing countable
    Sun: 60 m: 45 minute elliptical, 15 min stretching

    Total: 250/250. Made it! Just barely. Once again, the ladies on this thread impressed me, and once again, dmvarner is the cardio superstar -- 1000 minutes?!? WOW. That is awesome.

    Sun: 30 minutes ( I packed and cleaned helping my son for 2.5 hours)
