Cardio today. I am debating between swimming laps or doing my usual elliptical. If my kids are naughty again in the childcare center, I'd rather not be in the pool when they come get me, but dang, I love swimming laps. It changes things up a little.0

My workout consisted of a 10mins warmup on the spinning bike.
Then trained my back and abs, finished off with 30mins of cross trainer0 -

Strength training. Squats, wall sits, planks/side-planks, weight lifting, mountain climbers, bicycle crunches, leg presses, etc.0

30 sit ups this morning, before bf. Slow walking for two hours, doing window shopping. My weekly wheely spins on the shopping trolley, (kid style) when noone was looking, and fashioning a big grin. Walked home, with 12kg grocery shopping, for 20 min. Relax with a dvd tonight.0

Only if you have another and use the other hand. You don't want to be lopsided!

Monday - Strength training w/cardio intervals
Tuesday - CLX Burn It Off & Recharge
Wednesday - Zumba
Thursday - Strength training w/cardio intervals
