Cleaning the house, blowing up balloons and hanging streamers, and baking a pink train cake for my sons 3rd birthday tomorrow0

20 minutes on an elliptical-like machine (not sure what it's called, but it felt like I was running in slow motion). 10 minutes on a stationary bike, then ~20 minutes of strength exercises (abs & arms) + stretching before and after.
On a side note, I signed up for the Y Weight Loss Challenge!0 -
A two mile walk with 30 Girl Scouts and Focus T25 Speed 1.00

I really enjoyed this machine at the gym...hip adductor? I am not sure...but it worked my inner thighs and...other regions.0

25 minutes on the recumbent bike. I'm restricted to non weight bearing exercises till next doctor appt. At least the bike isn't aggravating my arthritis in my knee.0

Started the day as usual- 10min. ab crunch/push ups/on the spot running. Lunch time - ran up 5 flight of stairs 3 times, within 6 min. Home time - 20min fast walk home.0

I did legs today but, a short session.....Leg press 160 lbs
Leg curls 45 lbs
Leg extension 45 lbs
Abductor and Adductor ...120 lbs
Glute machine......60 lbs
Body Squats
3 sets of 12

Cube Method Cycle 1 Explosive Squat Day. Lots of singles at 60% (25 or so), leg press 4x15, Front Squat 5x5, Superset reverse Hypers with KB swings 3x12. Walk a bit to cool down. Eat errything.0
