    I've also heard "fasting diet" referred to as "anorexia." Seems like it's great for weight loss.

    Works for what? If you weren't overweight, then your goal wasn't weightloss...what was it? Gain? Maintenance? Hunger pangs?

    Okay, I do close to this. No breakfast, eat after 12pm and up till 11:30pm each day just ensuring I meet my macro/micros and stay within calorie limits.

    How long do I need to watch a particular item of food before I can eat it? Is this like stalking your food?

    And hey, I am not bashing fasting.... I'm considering incorporating it in to my own diet.... but you aren't really selling it very well.
