    A dozen donuts in a day would make me feel disgusting, but I don't particularly like donuts to begin with. Too sweet, not enough substance, and half the time they have a weird stale off flavor.

    Btw: according to the Krispy Kreme website their donut with the lowest calories is 200. This means for three donuts it would be 600 calories and not 570. Usually that would make almost no difference, except for someone like you.
    They range of calories goes from 200-400 calories per donut.


    The Krispy Kreme nutritional PDF says the original glazed is 190 calories, just like the OP said.

    The only donuts at Krispy Kreme that are superior to other donuts are the Original Glazed. The rest of their selection is no better than Tim Hortons, or any other donut. There, I've said it.

    Fill the box with original glazed, and skip the rest.
