Coconut and chocolate pro oats.
Is it against the rules if I food-shame this? That does *not* look or sound tasty at all.
It's against the rules to quote pictures, Jof.
My trainer told me he wanted me to start eating before I train. He suggested pro-oats. I made em. I ate em. I got a 10kg PB.0 -
just came back from a weekend of indulging in a crazy abundance of food! it was my grandfather's 90th birthday celebration. xD
the whole spread! i didn't take a picture of everything, only of my favorites. but i DID eat everything. well, some of each. xD i didn't feel hungry for the next three days, and i felt so full i wanted to die that night. ><
traditional desserts - sago pearls rolled in coconut flakes
red was the theme! red velvet cake, red dyed eggs and red birthday steamed buns!
the red velvet cake was to die for. cause we couldn't finish it that night, we proceeded to have it for breakfast and lunch the next day. xD
fruitarts, which were tiny and amazing. i think i popped these like pills, more then ten at least.
vegetable dumplings! popped like pills too
and there's always room for dessert. newly launched mini magnums!
japanese tofu sizzling plate for dinner the next night
amazing fish curry!
satay! chicken skewers in a peanut dipping sauce
my favorite kind of breakfast: grilled PB&J sandwich<3
JUST LOOK AT IT. *PBJ addict*
Love the pics, and the pokemon :P
same thing greets me every morning. can't decide if my breakfast is the food or pokemon. xD0 -

Paprika coated chicken breast with salad/feta
I had finished cooking dinner the other night when my husband arrived home from work with a little container of kimchi that his co-worker had sent home for me. I couldn't resist putting trying it right away.
SO. Porkchop, kimchi, caesar salad, kipfler potatoes, kumara and avocado.

threw together a random spaghetti squash casserole (spaghetti squash seasoned with pepper, salt, onion powder, garlic powder, sage, dillwee, basil, parsley) tossed with mixed veg (carrots grean beans peas) then coated on top mashed potatoes (used olive oil instead of butter) and cheddar jack cheese, baked 20 minutes. next time will add more veg like broccoli, spinach, peppers, onions, mushrooms and maybe do mashed cauliflower instead, and add a protein like tofu, seitan or meatless grounds (can use ground turkey, beef or sausage if you're a meat eater).
made 3 huge servings, each serving weighing 9oz or more at 262 cals per serving.
