    Fried bread, 2 eggs (sunny side up), mushrooms, 2 sausages, 2 slices of fried bacon, grilled tomato, black pudding, 2 hash browns, 2 slices of toast and butter. Orange juice and unlimited coffee. Oh and then I woke up.

    half a shot of whey protein isolate and quickcheck coffee(black) with an egg white, swiss cheese, ketchup, salt, pepper, tomato on a multigrain roll.

    Lets me have a couple of really good sized meals for lunch and dinner and still have room for some kind of dessert.

    1/2 banana before swimming, oatmeal with raisins and walnuts. a hard boiled egg with half of the yolk, coffee and non fat, non dairy creamer.

    Lots of coffee, veggie burger on a toasted English muffin (with mustard), hard-boiled egg with Old Bay.

    ETA: This is also lunch; I eat my first meal of the day at 11 or 12. Sometimes it's breakfast food but more often than not it tends toward the lunch end of the spectrum.
