  • my day is just starting and I plan to indulge in exercise. I will go for a pilates class (really though on the core and hamstrings) then will do a boxing class with some rowing before and after ...if I am still alive I might do some spinning cycling as well :)

    today was pull day. lots of row variations, plus biceps. also some :45/:15 HIIT cardio to finish off the day

    This Christmas week has totally messed up my Push routine. I was able to get Push 1 in on Monday, but wasn't as successful Tuesday or Wednesday! Today I did Turbo Jam Fat blasting workout...TWICE!

    Nice! I haven't done that one in a while.

    Last night I did Lean Circuit 2, and tonight will be Burn Intervals and Extreme Abs.

  • I went for two runs. One on the beach and the other because I was frustrated!

    Yeah, I'm even prouder that I didn't stay out with my bff because I had to get home and work out. I've skipped a couple of things recently because I would've missed my workout, and I wanted to stay on schedule. Last night was Lean Circuit 1. Today is supposed to be a rest day, but I'm going to the gym for the first time. At least that's the plan. My friend completely forgot we were going, so I'm waiting for her to call me back. I have to get my picture taken today. Ick. Good luck with Lean!

    Focus T25 Beta Speed 2.0. I finished T25 but now switch up all 3 levels to get a good mix of cardio and strength training in. :)

    I'm going snowshoeing as soon as I'm off work. We've got about 12-15" of fresh powder in the woods. Can't wait!

    Since I start the lean phase on Monday I oped for a different strength training routine today. Kathy Coffey-Meyer Split Sessions. The full body 50 min workout...indeed it was!!

    I didn't realize I'd missed posting. I must be losing my 'ead! New Year's Day I did CLX Lean Circuit 2, yesterday I did Burn Intervals and Extreme Abs, and tonight I do my last Lean Circuit 3. Probably gonna shovel some tonight, too. And tomorrow is my last day of CLX, with Burn it Off and Recharge. Thank goodness! Yoga makes me nuts. I can't stand being still that long.

    I had planned to do that before I started the next round of All Pro, but then my bff got me the gym membership. I'll have to save it for when I can't get to the gym.

    20-some minutes shoveling snow (and lots of it) this morning and then a little more than half an hour of ashtanga yoga this afternoon.

    7km - 4.5 miles - on raw forest trails. It's amazing how running affects different muscles when you get off of flat, groomed ground!

    I shoveled out like, five cars today. Why does nobody in my apartment complex have a shovel, anyway? That and walking.

    HANDSTAND PUSH UPS!! 6 months ago I could barely do a pull-up, now Im banging out 8-13 x 4 daily. So my new project is handstand pushups

    Awesome! Shoveling snow, cardio with Tony and his gang of knuckleheads.

    i worked it hard yesterday and have paid dearly for it today so yoga and 20 min on the bike was good enough for me

    Today was pretty easy... (No running today... rest day)

    1- Wake me up yoga (About 5 minutes)
    2- Morning routine
    - Bicycle Abs (30sec)
    - Push Ups (30sec)
    - Vertical Leg Crunches (15sec)
    - Leg Lifts (15sec)
    - Plank (30sec)
    3- Warm up... (6 minutes)
    4- Toning Workout (26 minutes)
    12 reps, 2-3 sets
    -Pushups
    -Dumbbell Chest Press
    -Squats
    -Walking Lunges
    -Dorsal Raise
    -Crunches
    -Oblique Crunches
    -Reverse Curl
    -Tricep Extensions
    5- 1min 40sec Wall Sit. (In my case... THE BURN)
    6- 7 minutes of yoga before bed...

    (Roughly 300 cal for the day)

    5 days a week I do running conditioning... (3, rest, 2, rest)
    (10sec sprint, 1:30 jog/walk, 20 minutes)

    I've tried videos like the 30 day shred, but it just wasn't for me...
