Today I'm actually 131.2, for a total of 6.2 lbs this month. My secret, 17 day diet along with the Insanity workout program.
What I would do next time... do phase 1 of the diet prior to insanity so I would be starting the INSANE workouts on phase 2 with a few more healthy carbs. But I feel amazing and can't wait to post my 60 day photos. My flab is turning to fl-abs!0 -

Total weight lost: 6.4 pounds! Which is funny because while I upped my calorie deficit from 500 to 750 last week, I've been slacking on working out. However I've also been stressed/dealing with my depression for the past week and I'm sure that did some of the work. Hopefully it doesn't jump back up next week!0 -

I am going down in body fat??? Hard to believe esp since that matters a lot more to me than a number on the scale. I celebrated my birthday this past weekend so the sugars and fats added up. I wasn't that active either. Today I went to the gym and walked 20 min and biked 20 min. Tomorrow I will go again and do cardio 60 and weights 30. I am so tired of making the same mistakes. I will persevere!0 -

Update: I recalibrated my scale and the fat percentage is truly not correct as I have not lost that much fat. However the weight measure is correct. Ok, I feel motivated to work harder. I upped my pace walking at the gym

That looks better written down than I've been feeling about it - a solid 2lbs a week, only 1 more til I've achieved the challenge and a doable if stretching 3 to my own goal. I am going to go over my calorie limit tonight but will do it mindfully and balance it out over the next week.

Been sticking to an average of 1500-1700 net calories and exercising at least 3 times a week for 30 minutes by walking or on my stationary bike. Now I want to lose more for the end of Feb!
