Monday~did 1500 calories burned HRM~Agricise
Tuesday~645 calories HRM~45 mins boosted walking weights&intervals
Wednesday~501 calories HRM~38 minutes elliptical cardio program
Thursday~225 calories HRM~28 minutes boosted walking~not as boosted as it should have been! TSK
Friday~515 calories HRM~37 minutes boosted walking with lunges etc.

OK, I didn't work out last night, but I did buy a new elliptical, carry the pieces into the house and assemble it for 2-3 hours. Surely that counts for something, right?0

I'm learning that 360 min really is an aggressive goal! Miss one day (and have one light day) and that leaves me with a lot to make up. Unfortunately I work a standard 8-5 during the week, and when you add in the time to make/eat dinner, commute, errands, etc - doing 30-60 minutes on a weekday is about all I can handle. I guess I'll just have to do two workouts Saturday (and maybe Sunday) to try and meet my goal.0 -

Yes Trenton 360 min is a challenge but I know you are up to the challenge!!
For those struggling just keep trying and do what you can do. The more you do it, you will know what it takes to get there for the upcoming weeks. I had to learn how to pace myself and make sure I don't get too far behind and I realized I had to do a couple of gym workouts too.

I only made 45 minutes on the treadmill yesterday! I burned 419 calories though, which was pretty awesome!

I burned a total of 628 calories yesterday which puts me at 1331 calories burned in total. I might come close to the 2500, but I will not be anywhere near the 3500!
Thursday - 70 minutes curling - 105 minutes left.
I burned 364 calories which puts me at 1665 for the week. I am ok with that!0 -
